General patterns and peculiarities of changes in structure and function of red blood cell’s membrane during pathology of different genesis are considered in the article. Based on literature data and our own investigations one concludes concerning presence of typical molecular disturbances of erythrocyte’s membrane in different diseases. But general character of molecular modification of plasmatic membrane during pathology of different genesis is controversial. Universal mechanisms of structural and functional modification of structure and function of cells’ membrane are considered in details.

Studying a condition thyroid systems according to objective survey, ultrasonic inspection, research thyroid the status at patients with the verified diagnosis a chronic hepatites B and C. 50 patients (29 men and 21 women, in the age of from 18 till 59 years, (middle age (22,3 ± 3,8) year) is lead, average duration of disease (3,4 ± 1,2) year with a chronic hepatites B and C. structure of a pathology of a thyroid gland, clinical current autoimmune pathology on a background of a hepatites is estimated B and C, parameters of a functional condition thyroid systems at the given group of patients are investigated. It is revealed, that the virus of a hepatites C negatively influences a condition thyroid systems and proves role НСV as one of factors in development autoimmune pathology.

Under conditions of epidemic of pancreatic diabetes (PD), it is necessary to enhance the prehospital stage of diabetological care. Capabilities of hospital-substituting technologies are used insufficiently in endocrinology now. Organization of a day endocrinological hospital based on the Tomsk Municipal Hospital No. 3 was an attempt to apply hospital-substituting forms at the municipal level. In this day hospital, 260 patients with Type 1 and 2 pancreatic diabetes have been treated. The cost for treatment of one patient in the day hospital was 3.16 times lower than that in a twenty-four hour hospital. Patients of the day endocrinological hospital have achieved the target values of postprandial glycemia. With proper organization of the prehospital stage of diabetic care, it is possible to achieve medical targets of treatment of Type 1 and 2 PD.

The review devotes to studying the role of cytokines in development of autoimmune diabetes mellitus, latent autoimmune diabetes in adults included. Therapeutic approaches to prevent the loss of endogenous insulin secretion are discussed. There is review of clinical trials of immunosuppressive agents and modulators of immune tolerance in autoimmune diabetes mellitus.

In this article results of research of some parameters of oxidizing metabolism in lymphocytes blood in patients with verified diffusive toxic struma (DTS) of a various degree of an expressiveness are represented. Is shown, that for the patients with DTS activity the lipid peroxidation in lymphocytes is saved in norm limits.
