In article to discuss diagnostic value of blood aggregate regulation system (BARS) and complexity of diagnostics, particularly, in critical state.Advantages and disadvantages of instrumental diagnostics technique were analyzed: thromboelastographia and lowfrequency piezoelectric hemocoagulographia of whole blood. Estimates new next-generation instrumental method of research - lowfrequency contact conductometry. This method permits to evaluate role blood plasma, cells hemostasis factors and wall of vessels in critical state BARS dysfunction.
The aim of investigation is to study the influence of different types of anesthesia on hemostasis in proctological patients, and to develop the algorithm to determine adequate method of anesthesia to prevent hemostatic disorders. 120 patients have been investigated with new instrumental method — hemocoagulography. It has been estimated that different types of anesthesia have different influence on functional activity of hemostasis.
The research of a haemostatic system in trauma and acute haemorrhage patients by a new instrumental method — haemocoagulographia — allows at early stages of disease to reveal patients having the tendency to development haemostatic anomalies, Multi Organ Dysfunction Syndrome and failure of disease, that increases accuracy of an evaluation of weight of a condition and prognosis on APACHE-III system (Acute Physiology And Chronic Health Evaluation).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
