This study aims to describe adolescent morality behavior within culture perspective. The used instrument to identify adolescent morality behavior is morality behavior scale which the aspects are researched such as cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The participant in this research are adolescent in age 15 to 18 at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 8 Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The researcher applied quantitative research during the research procedure. The analysis data is implemented that utilize SPSS program; the result shows that respondent indicated adolescent morality behavior tendency based on gender. Adolescent morality behavior, based on result of research, categorizedfemale in reaching higher score than male for three aspects are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor which cognitive as the highest one. To conclude this research, is the gender as one of culture construct that explained either female or male adolescent has difference in morality behavior.
AbstrakProjek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila bertujuan salah satunya untuk mengetahui kepercayaan diri pada diri siswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepercayaan diri yang dimodifikasi dari konsep Lauster. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan responden sebanyak 138 yang terdiri dari 2 sekolah dengan karakteristik sekolah yang terdaftar pada program sekolah penggerak di kabupaten Kubu Raya Kalimantan Barat, adapun sekolah penggerak yang dilibatkan pada penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu (SMPIT) Al-Fityan dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 1 Kuala Mandor B. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa secara umum berada pada katagori“percaya diri”, kedua sekolah menunjukkan hasil penelitian yang berbeda, untuk SMPTI AL-Fityan berada pada kategori “percaya diri”, sedangkan SMPN I Kuala Mandor B hanya berada pada katagori“cukup percaya diri”.
This study is designed to describe the rate of multiethnic adolescent moral judgement development in West Borneo. The data analysis used is seeking for score P by summing up scores of stages 5A, 5B, and 6 for either each criteria or totality. This score P may be interpreted as score of subject moral judgment in making a decision, then index score is looked for. Furthermore, the index score is conversed into score T. Highest score T obtained by respondent represent the inclination of moral development level. Adolescent moral decision based on the research findings suggest highest Post Conventional level is native ethnic groups of Madura, whereas lowest Post Conventional level is Chinese ethnics. Conclusion in this study is each ethnic having high collectivism culture is not definite yet at high Post Conventional level.
This research purposes describing student’s self concept of Dayak ethnic of West Borneo. The used instrument to identify concept of student self of Dayak ethnic is self’s concept scale that has been valid. This research subjects are 108 dayak students of threesenior high schools. The conducted research procedure is utilizing quantitative research - survey cross-sectional. Sample decision is chosen by convening sampling, that is chosen sample with ease consideration. The data analysis which resorted is percentage. Based on result of research finding, generally, describing student’s self-concept of Dayak ethnic is in very high category, includes perceptual aspect(physical self-concept),conceptual (psychologicalself-concept),and attitudinal. To summarize this research, students of dayak ethnic have very high category of self concept, however, if it is compared with five other ethnic at Pontianak, student’s self concept of Dayak ethnic of West Borneo hold the worst result.
