The wealth gap between rich and poor countries, which is growing, causes poor countries to be pushed to the margins of the world economy, the growth of unemployment in them, and the impoverishment of the population. The income inequality that exists in Ukraine has negative economic and social consequences. Currently, there is a need to use statistical analysis to study the dynamics of indicators of the level of well-being of the population, the problems of inequality and poverty in Ukraine in the context of the performance by the state of its functions as a subject of social policy in the face of modern challenges and risks. The purpose of this article is to study inequality, assess the extent and trends of this phenomenon in Ukraine, determine the relationship between economic development and socio-economic inequality and develop proposals to reduce it. The dynamics and structure of the main indicators of the level of development of material well-being of the population in the context of statistical evaluation for the period 2000-2020 were analyzed. To analyze the dynamics of the Gini coefficient in Ukraine, the quintile coefficient of differentiation of aggregate income of the population and the quintile coefficient of funds (by aggregate income), the average annual growth/decline in the indexes of physical volume of GDP, real wages, employment and the number of unemployed population, the dynamics of the share of spending on social protection and social welfare in the structure of total budget expenditure and in the GDP of the country. An in-depth statistical analysis of the relationship between average monthly disposable income and the number of people with an average per capita equivalent gross monthly income below the legal subsistence minimum was conducted. In developing the state targeted social program to overcome and prevent poverty in Ukraine, the focus is on ensuring economic growth, stimulating employment and others, increasing money incomes, conducting anti-inflationary policies, investments and targeted assistance for the economic development of certain sectors of the economy.
The aim of this study is to develop the inventory management model based on Economic Order Quantity model using asymptotic perturbation methods. The simple asymptotic formulas for the "perturbed" order quantity has been obtained when cost per order, storage cost and product demand change slightly. As the results show, the total costs, which correspond to "perturbed" order quantities, are less than ones at economic order quantity. Decrease of logistics costs can improve the market competitiveness of the machine-building enterprises' products. Modeling the nature of cost increase and demand fluctuation using asymptotic formulas the machine-building enterprises will be able to make prompt adjustments to optimize logistics processes.
Human capital is a key factor in the success of any enterprise. Since human capital, like other types of capital, is prone to exposure to various types of risk and an important task of any enterprise is to assess the level of human capital. This paper proposes the author's approach to the formation of the structural components of human capital. Its structure included three sets of indicators that characterize educational, intellectual and physical capital. Also, a methodological approach is proposed to evaluate the human capital level of machine-building enterprises, which consists of three interrelated stages. The methodological approach is based on a point evaluation of the indicators included in the human capital structure based on the questionnaire (polling) of the personnel of the analyzed machine-building enterprises. The assessment of the level of human capital was carried out separately for two groups of workers. It is established that the total value of the integral index of human capital corresponds to the average level for all examined enterprises and ranges from 0,463 to 0,585. It has been found that the personnel at the machine-building enterprises have a great potential for development and a high propensity for change. The advantage of human capital assessment on the basis of its structural components is the ability to determine the optimal need for human resources and forecast the cost of supporting and developing human capital.
The principles of energy saving policy are considered, which will help to implement an active policy of energy efficiency improvement. It is established that the introduction of the principles of energy saving policy in the activities of domestic enterprises will help increase their energy efficiency, which, in turn, is a major factor in improving the efficiency of production activities. The main objectives of energy efficiency policy at the macro and macro levels are highlighted. The list of concrete functions of management of process of energy saving at the enterprise is given. The components of energy efficiency design are singled out. The main measures in the field of energy saving at enterprises are identified. It is established that the goals of energy saving policy are global in nature and are determined by current trends in energy development, namely: energy supply (provision of quality energy resources under conditions of their uninterrupted supply), energy availability (energy resources must have a market-based price). on ecology). It is established that the policy should be based on the results of economic and energy surveys of all production and non-production units. Currently, the main factor in shaping the energy efficiency of machine-building enterprises is the creation of an effective system for improving energy efficiency.
