This study aims to understand how Balinese career women harmonize accountability practices. The study uses the interpretive paradigm and phenomenological approach to obtain a description of individual meaning and behavior comprehensively. The key informants in this study were women who were in the pragmatic endurance phase, i.e., the middle of their career in which they face a commitment to maintain a balance between their professional, community and personal or domestic life. The results showed that the multiple roles of Balinese career women were sourced from their self-owned accountability. Keywords: Balinese career women, accountability practices, self-accountability
<p><em>This article explores the application of production differentiation strategy by women empowerment through local wisdom of Nasi Koco in the herritage area, Gajah Mada Street, Denpasar-Bali. The purpose of this article is to increase the sales of Nasi Koco by implementing new strategies to win the competition in similar businesses that have sprung up. The strategy that can be offered is a product differentiation, so that the product is more varied and not monotonous, that attracts consumer interest. The product differentiation strategy offered refers more to women's empowerment through local wisdom, namely making products or food variations needed for ceremonies, where as we know people's lives in Bali are full of a series of religious ceremonies. The study employed qualitative approaches using narrative research by observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study base on an in-depth interview with Balinese women who understand Balinese traditional culture, the advice that can be given is to make product variations, not just Nasi Jinggo or Nasi Wrap as usual, but to make it more varied. Suggested variations are Nasi Tumpeng, Nasi Yasa, and Nasi Kelangi, which are usually used for traditional activities in Bali.</em><em></em></p>
this research was conducted to determine what variables influenced the e-money usage decision model during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey involved 160 respondents during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach using structural analysis of the SEM-AMOS model. A person's decision to use e-money is significantly influenced by concerns about Covid-19 transmission when they leave the house. Other variables are the frequency of someone searching for news about Covid-19, transaction behavior, ease of electronic money, efforts to attract the use of E-Money by service providers, and the use of cash when COVID-19 does not have a significant effect. Suggestions that can be given if e-money services want to increase public interest in using non-cash services, it is necessary to increase the security of transactions and provide facilities or service features that can be accessed from home.
being a nurse is not just a matter of restoring a patient's physical health. More than that, nurses have an obligation to provide mental support to patients in order to remain optimistic about achieving recovery. What's more, to patients infected with COVID-19. The testimony of one of the nurses stated that he understood anyone who was infected with COVID-19 had the opportunity to experience a mental breakdown and that is where the humanist duty of a nurse was tested. The purpose of this study is to explain the performance of female nurses affected by triple roles conflict and job stress who they work at an accredited government hospital in Bali. The population in this research was married women and has children and for respondents were 52 nurses. The data analysis used regression analysis techniques. The results of this study found that triple roles conflict had a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses. There was a negative and significant influence between job stress and performance of nurses. Also, there was a simultaneous negative influence between triple roles conflict and job stress on the performance of nurses. It can be concluded that there was an influence between triple roles conflict and job stress on women nursing performance partially or simultaneous. Therefore, female nurses, as well as housewives who have triple role conflict and job stress, are expected to have good time management that can improve aspects of their performance so be able to carry out their duties, and no one role is neglected.
The purpose of this study was to find out the behavior of women's career success orientation, based on Women's Career Development Models. Various organizations have recognized the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities, so this support makes them able to decide on carreer success orientation (career goals). The research method is a qualitative method with an interpretative phenomenology approach. Data extraction techniques use in-depth interviews on 6 career women informants in Denpasar City. The conclusion; 1) idealistic achievement model who is willing to achieve by getting challenging that increase their career, 2) pragmatic endurance models are mid-career women who are at the point of choosing family or professional responsibilities, so that they are more careful and stay away from achievement but still work well. and 3) re-inventive contribution models for women in their final careers, they don't think about achievement anymore, but see their careers as opportunities to share and be useful to others. Therefore, it is recommended in determining to choose a career path, it should consider to career success orientation according to the different phases of career women life cycle.
