Abstract. The two basic value embodiments to guarantee the procedural law are reflected in its fairness and efficiency. The efficiency function of procedural law can improve the jurisdiction efficiency effectively, which is the both the character of procedural law itself, and the basic rule to implement the effect function of procedural law. Compared with the foreign countries, the procedural law in China has not been so perfect, and there is no perfect concept of procedure procedural justice and the overall structure of procedural law is not so scientific and reasonable, restricting the full use of efficiency function of the procedural law; only by continuously perfecting the procedural law can the efficiency function of the procedural law be fully played and applied in the law reasonably. Aimed at the efficiency function of the procedural law, the author makes a brief analysis and explains his own opinions for reference by the peers.
Background:
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) have been reported to expand and have a potent ability in the expansion of regulatory T cells in malignant and infectious disease. The current study was performed to investigate the role of MDSCs and possible immune mechanisms in dampening immune responses of CAP.
Methods:
The distribution of MDSCs subsets, the PD-1/PD-L1(L2) level of MDSCs subsets and Tregs in the peripheral blood of adult CAP patients and healthy control were measured by flow cytometry analysis.
Results:
PBMCs from CAP patients contained an elevated frequency of both G-MDSC (4.92+0.30 vs 2.25+0.21,p<0.0001) and M-MDSC (19.40+1.30 vs 9.64+0.57,p<0.001) compared to healthy controls. Treg cells in the peripheral blood of CAP patients exhibited increased expression of PD-1 and CTLA-4, accompanied by no difference of their frequency. Moreover, up-regulated expression of PD-L1 on MDSC subsets in the peripheral blood of CAP patients was also revealed. Of note, the frequency of circulating MDSCs subset displayed a positive correlation with neutrophil count percentage in blood in CAP patients.
Conclusions:
In summary, the significant expansion of circulating MDSCs subsets and the up-regulated expression of PD-1/PD-L1 level in CAP patients may suggest the possible involvement of PD-1/PD-L1axis in MDSCs mediated Treg dysfunction at least partially in CAP patients .
With the needs of economic and social development, the legal system of China has been constantly improved. As a result, our country is in increasingly urgent demand for legal professionals. Legal professions of higher vocational colleges are responsible for the training of a variety of application-oriented legal talents for our country, which plays a very important role for the construction of the legal system. However, at present, there are some disadvantages in teaching methods of higher vocational legal professions, such as the imitation of general education while lack of vocational characteristics, the rigid and single teaching methods, and theory divorced from reality. The paper will start from these drawbacks, and will propose such appropriate solutions as the introduction of teaching method of case study, the implementation of "Clinic-style" practical teaching, and the conduction of "Law-article" teaching method, in the hope of offering some help to the development of higher vocational legal professions and cultivating truly practical legal talents with professional capacity, able to take up the mission of the law, and able to make a significant contribution to the legal system construction of the country, in cooperation with this wide range of vocational legal education models.
