This study aims the influence of corruption, democracy and politics on poverty in ASEAN countries with economic growth as a moderating variable. The method used is using the panel regression model. This data uses a combination method between time series data from 2013 - 2016 and a cross section consisting of 8 countries. Data obtained from World Bank annual reports, Transparency International and Freedom House. The results of this study indicate that (1) Corruption Perception Index (CPI) has a significant and negative effect on poverty, meaning that if the CPI increases then poverty will decrease (2) Democracy has no significant and negative effect on poverty. This means that if democracy increases, poverty will decrease (3) Politics has a significant and negative effect on poverty, meaning that if politics increases, poverty will decrease (4) Economic growth has a significant and positive effect on poverty, meaning if economic growth increases then poverty will decline (3) Economic growth unable to moderate the relationship between corruption, democracy and politics towards poverty in 8 ASEAN countries. Economic growth as an interaction variable is a predictor variable (Predictor Moderate Variable), which means that economic growth is only an independent variable.
A zoo is one of an ex-situ conservation activity whice aimed to conserve plants and wildlife animal an endangered position, for example; the Panthera tigris sumatrae population are decrease. The zoo were succeed to captivate an animal only if they can adopt their normal life into that place. The aim of this research was to study the animal welfare from Sumatran tiger in two different places; Bandung zoo and Ragunan zoo. This research has been conducted in Desember -February 2017. The research method that are used in this study were interviewed and filling draft animal welfare from Indonesian Ministry of Forest No.P.9/VI-SET/2011. The Result of this research were 77% point for Ragunan zoo and 60% point for Bandung zoo which different mean both of that place. Filling draft animal welfare consist beside five freedom of animal welfare; 1). Freedom from hunger and thirst, 2). Freedom from discomfort, 3). Freedom from injury, paint, and disease, 4). Freedom to express natural behavior, 5). Freedom from fear and distress. The conclusion of this research were Ragunan zoo was better than Bandung zoo to applied animal welfare rules.
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the economy. This study is intended to determine the potential and interest of students for creative economy-based entrepreneurship in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The analysis was carried out in stages, namely the data reduction stage, then presented the data qualitatively, and verified the research data information. The results of the research show that there are several reasons respondents are interested in owning a business, namely wanting to have a side business in addition to their existing job, wanting to have their own income, wanting to help the family economy, wanting to develop their potential and helping provide jobs for others, wanting to be free and not bound by time. work, want to be financially free. Meanwhile, the businesses that respondents are interested in during this pandemic are creative economy-based businesses, including online businesses (digitalpreneurs), culinary businesses, fashion businesses, handicrafts, printing, content creators, health product businesses, especially herbal ingredients and medical devices related to pandemic covid 19 (hand sanitizers, masks, disinfectants, hand soap), educational services and grocery stores.Pandemi covid-19 yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini sangat berdampak terhadap aspek ekonomi. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui potensi dan keminatan mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha berbasis ekonomi kreatif ditengah situasi pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis dilaksanakan secara bertahap yaitu tahap reduksi data, kemudian menyajikan data secara kualitatif, dan melakukan verifikasi terhadap informasi data penelitian. Hasil penelittian menunjukan beberapa alasan responden berminat untuk memiliki usaha yaitu ingin punya usaha sampingan selain pekerjaan yang sudah ada, ingin punya pendapatan sendiri, ingin membantu perekonomian keluarga, ingin mengembangkan potensi diri dan membantu menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan buat orang lain, ingin bebas dan tidak terikat waktu kerja, ingin bebas secara keuangan. Sedangkan usaha yang diminati oleh responden di masa pandemic ini adalah usaha berbasis ekonomi kreatif, antara lain bisnis online (digitalpreneur), usaha kuliner, usaha fashion, kerajinan tangan, percetakan, konten creator, usaha produk kesehatan terutama ramuan herbal dan alat kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan pandemic covid 19 (hand sanitizer, masker, desinfektan, sabun cuci tangan), jasa pendidikan dan toko kelontongan.
The objective of this exploration is to check out the effect of the rupiah's conversion standard versus the US dollar, the quantity of MSMEs developing, speculation, banking credit, and expansion on MSME item trades, as well as the implications for per capita income and employment in the MSME sector. Multiple Linear Regression using the Ordinary Least Square Approach was employed as the research technique in this study. The research variables used in this study were the rupiah conversion scale against the US dollar, the development of the quantity of MSMEs, venture, banking credit, and expansion, all of which served as independent variables affecting the export of MSME products, which served as the dependent variable, as well as per capita income and employment in the SMEs sector. The findings revealed that (1) the rupiah's exchange rate against the US dollar, the number of MSMEs growing, investment, banking credit, and inflation all had a significant impact on MSME product exports, and (2) the rupiah's exchange rate against the US dollar had a significant and positive impact on MSME product exports.
