Abstract. Expert system is dealt with system that used computer-based human intelligence to overcome particular problem which is commonly conducted by an expert. Frequent problem faced by the farmers of oil palm is the difficulty in defining the type of plant disease. As a result, the delay treatment of plant disease brings out the declining of farm products. An application system is needed to deal with the obstacles and diagnosing the type of oil palm plant disease. The researcher designed an intelligence-based application with input-output plan which is able to diagnose the type of oil palm plant disease by applying naive bayes method. Based on the research result by conducting bayes method with recognized symptom, diagnose of oil palm plant disease could be accomplished. The data of symptoms found are leaves turned yellow 0.4, dead leaves 0.4, black and brown color among the veins of leaves 0.5, young and old fruit with whole space 0.4, and decay of bunches is 0.3. The roots are tender in the amount of 0.5, and damage on sheath is 0.3. Through the chosen symptoms as mentioned above, the value of bayes is 80% with the type of disease is rotten bunch.

The use of technology is very important nowadays. Most of everyday activities are documented and stored in digital form. One of those activity is recording. Activity of an organization is very important, therefore recording of meeting material is one of those important activities. Usually the meeting material is documented by writing them into papers or typing them and stored them into computer. Sometimes, the meeting information is written or typed incorrectly so a speech-to-text application is required to solve this problem. In this study, the solution offered is to implement a web-based automation speed-to-text application which can record the voice of meeting participants then converted them into text automatically, so the results of the recording process of meeting materials are more effective and efficient By using voice recognition feature its called web kit Speech Recognition, this system can be implemented. After successfully implementing this application which is so called Speech Meeting Web kit system, the average value for duration system for Indonesia and English language is 96,63 % and 82,78 %.

Silsilah batak atau disebut sebagai Tarombo Batak adalah Silsilah garis keturunan secara patrilineal dalam suku Batak. Sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi masyarakat suku bangsa Batak untuk mengetahui silsilahnya agar mengetahui letak hubungan kekerabatan terkhusus dalam falsafah Dalihan Natolu. Suku Batak dikenal dengan banyaknya marga yang diambil berdasarkan garis keturunan bapak (patrilineal), yang dimiliki oleh setiap keluarga Batak. Garis keturunan tersebut disebut dengan Tarombo. Dahulu tarombo keluarga disampaikan seorang ayah secara lisan, kepada anak laki-laki yang akan pergi merantau atau menikah sebagai bekal utama. Garis keturunan menurut bapak yaitu anak laki-laki yang telah Dewasa. Ukuran dewasa dalam hal ini bukan usia, tetapi telah berumah tangga. Keturunan atau anak laki-laki yang belum menikah tidak masuk kategori dicatatkan dalam tarombo, apabila yang bersangkutan sampai akhir hayatnya tidak mempunyai anak laki-laki maka garis silsilah akan terhenti. Dengan adanya Silsilah Batak seorang batak dapat mengetahui posisinya di dalam marga, silsilah keturunan dan saudara-saudara semarga secara keseluruhan.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sekarang ini telah membawa tren baru bagi pengguna layanan teknologi informasi, salah satunya adalah cloud computing. Cloud computing merupakan teknologi masa kini yang sedang hangat dibicarakan oleh pakar teknologi informasi. Salah satu implementasi teknologi cloud computing adalah layanan penyimpanan file. Pada saat ini smartphone sudah menjadi barang yang umum digunakan publik. Smartphone adalah sebuah perangkat yang dapat diinstall berbagai aplikasi dan menggunakan sistem operasi android. Semua kegiatan yang direkam dan difoto oleh smartphone tersimpan pada memori smartphone sehingga mengurangi ruang memori pada smartphone serta memperlambat cara kerja sistem operasi pada smartphone tersebut. Hal ini sangat menganggu pengguna smartphone itu sendiri karena harus menghapus beberapa file penting dari ruang penyimpanan bahkan aplikasi lain, agar smartphone bisa bekerja secara normal dan efektif kembali. Aplikasi penyimpanan file alternatif bagi pengguna smartphone berbasis android ini adalah solusi yang tepat serta efektif untuk permasalahan penyimpanan file yang sering dialami pengguna smartphone.

Employees are one of the resources used as a means of movement in promoting a company. Employee performance is highly influential on the profits obtained by the company. Therefore, to stimulate employee performance in selecting outstanding employees each period by providing additional bonuses or salaries for selected employees. However, because the process of evaluating and selecting outstanding employees carried out by managers of Human Resource Development (HRD) still uses a conventional system and takes a lot of time, so a decision support system is needed to evaluate the performance of HRD managers to be more effective and efficient while saving time and energy compared to the current system. For this reason, the author proposes a decision support system and was used to determine outstanding employee by using the simple multi-attribute rating technique (SMART) method. The Decision Support System Application applies the SMART method to help decision maker to determinate the outstanding employee and based on the table above, it was concluded that the employee recommended as an outstanding employee is employee C with the highest final score of 66.20.
