So far, information on tourism object in North Sulawesi Province especially accessed through internet site is still limited. Seekers of information on tourist attractions must access some internet sites to get the required information. The problem of this research is how the model of tourist information system that can record, process and present information about the tourist attraction in North Sulawesi Province and presents according to the needs of the searcher. Several methods are used to generate the model of tourist information system, beginning with conducting surveys, making observations on internet sites that provide tourist information. From the data collection steps are then analyzed to get the system needs of the tourist object. The data obtained is used as a reference for designing using several design tools that are use case, Entity relationalship diagram, context diagrm, data flow diagram, and Flowchart. The results of this study is a model / design that is very helpful development of tourist information systems that can help tourism development sector in North Sulawesi Province. Penyampaian informasi melalui media internet merupakan kebutuhan dalam era digital saat ini.  Website merupakan salah satu perangkat diinternet untuk menyampaikan informasi baik oleh pemerintah maupun swasta ataupun perorangan. Sangat disayangkan di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara baru 3 Dinas dari 16 Dinas Pariwisata yang memiliki website. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan desain sistem berbasis web yang digunakan sebagai wadah bagi dinas pariwisata di lingkungan provinsi sulawesi utara, mengingat dari 16 dinas pariwisata hanya 3 dinas pariwisata yang memiliki Website. Metode Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun penelitian ini menggunakan metode “waterfall”. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Desain sistem Pariwisata sulawesi utara sebagai wadah website Dinas Pariwisata menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem “waterfall”.Submission of information through internet media is a necessity in the current digital era. Cost is one of the important information needed by tourists and prospective tourists in planning and conducting tourist visits. This study aims to produce a system model that can record, process, and present information about the cost picture when tourists or potential tourists to travel in North Sulawesi province such as overview of accommodation costs, transportation, culinary and cost of tourist attraction. Using waterfall method in system development. Data collection by observation, interview and literature. Testing system using blackbox method. The result of this research is a system model that can present information about the cost picture starting from the description of minimum cost and others which make the information need of the cost can be fulfilled, so it is expected to help the tourist in traveling and support the tourism industry in North Sulawesi Province.

The tourism sector in North Sulawesi Province continues to grow, it can be seen by the soaring growth of tourist visits. It is unfortunate that these developments have not been supported by reliable tourism information, while now it is the industrial era 4.0.In 2018, of the 16 Tourism Offices, only 3 tourism offices in North Sulawesi Province had a website, while the tourism office was part of the government that played an important role in promoting tourism for the welfare of the community.The purpose of this research is to design a tourism information system in North Sulawesi as a website container for tourism office.Enterprise Architecture Planning is a method used to design tourism information systems.The results of this study are the design of the North Sulawesi tourism information system as a website container for the tourism office using the Zachman Framework.
