With the goal of improving the "Three-basic" construction of expressway enterprise safety management foundation, grassroots ability and basic skills, a simulation model of hazard warning drill was constructed through the KYT activity process of status investigation, hazard factor identification, countermeasure formulation and unified training. Intercept the expressway service area as the research object to carry out 3D, conducted simulation analysis on the evacuation of people in the expressway service area under emergency conditions, and compared the status of employees who have received KYT and those who have not received KYT. It verified the positive effect of expressway enterprise’s hazard warning drill in ensuring expressway safety, promotes the transformation of expressway enterprise employees from "passive management" to "self-management" state, and provides good experience for expressway operating enterprises.
