In accordance with the national standard HB 5258-83 "Antioxidant determination test method for steel and high temperature alloy", this paper implements high temperature oxidation performance tests of single crystal high temperature alloy. Three different heat-treated single crystal samples were oxidized at 900℃ and 1000℃ for 125h. The oxidative properties were determined by discontinuous weighing method and cyclic oxidation method. The oxidation of the sample after oxidation was analyzed by XRD, and SEM, EDS was used to study the composition and morphology of the surface of and longitudinal section of the sample. At 900℃ and 1000℃, the heat treatment of the sample with the best oxidation resistance is SHT + 1100℃/30min AC, and the heat treatment of the sample with the worst oxidation resistance is SHT + 1100℃/10min AC.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
