In this paper, generation and harm of SO2are described. Cansolv SO2Scrubbing, a regenerated amine process, is mainly described with respects to its process principle, features and application. This paper analyzed the existing problems such as corrosion , crystallization and loss of amine. Prevention measures were proposed according to the monitoring data, analysis and research.
The surface features of modified nano-TiO2 were characterized by FI-TR. PP/nano-TiO2 composites were prepared via melt blending. The mechanical properties and crystallization were analyzed by mechanical properties tests, DSC and POM. The results show that filling nano-TiO2 to PP matrix result in the improvements of impact and tensile strength at the same time, and nano-TiO2 plays a role of heterogeneous nucleation so that crystallization grain can be refined, crystallinity and crystallization speed of PP are increased.
In this paper, In this paper, polypropylene / mica composites were prepared by blending, using polypropylene (PP) as matrix, mica as filler. In order to study the anti-aging properties of polypropylene / mica composite materials, the above polypropylene / mica composite materials were placed outside to study the influence of natural aging time on the anti-aging properties and to explore the natural aging mechanism of polypropylene / mica composites. Natural aging research results show that:with the extension of the natural aging time the surface of materials will appear cracks and sheddings. The trends of tensile strength reduce at first, then increase and then decrease; the notched impact toughness values show fluctuating in the early aging, then an increase following and then decreasing.The increase of mica content are good for maintaining the mechanical properties of PP / mica composite, PP-g-MAH helps to maintain the tensile strength, while toughening POE-g-MAH will weaken the anti-aging properties of polypropylene / mica composite materials.
The solution treatment of 6063 aluminum alloy was carried out and the influences of solution process on microstructure, strength, hardness, and electrical resistivity of 6063 aluminum alloy was analyzed. The result shows that the suitable solution treatment can improve alloy solution-degree fully, meanwhile the changes of electrical resistivity of alloy tend to be balanced. The suitable solution process for 6063 aluminum alloy is solution-treated at 520°C for 3.5h, and the strength and hardness of alloy can be enhanced extremely after aging-treatment at 200°C for 5h.
PP/PA6/APP/OMMT Nanocomposites were Prepared via One-Step and Two-Step Melt Intercalation. the Flame Retardation, Thermostability, Structure Characters and Hygrothermal Aging Properties of PP/PA6/APP/OMMT Nanocomposites were Studied by UL-94, OI, TG and TEM. the Results Show that Two-Step can Improve the Flame Retardation of PP/PA6/APP/OMMT Nanocomposites; when OMMT Content is 4% or 6%, the Flame Retardation Gets Tofv-0, and the Lois are 32.2% and 32.8% Respectively; OMMT Doesn’t Play an Obvious Role to Hygrothermal Aging of PP/PA6/APP/OMMT Nanocomposites.
