The article discusses current issues of using alternative energy sources for electricity supply of consumers in the oil and gas industry. Examples of off-grid power systems used for the electrification of different facilities of oil and gas production are shown. This paper introduces a review of mathematical optimization models of modes in micro-energy systems with different distributed generation resources. Optimization methods based on mathematical programming in game theory are studied in details. It is concluded that the use of adaptive-game modelling is perspective in solving optimization problems.
The detection and the measuring of the developing damages must be accompanied by evaluation of the supporting ability of the design in terms of the increasing size of a defect. If the type of damage is dominant one on the further period of the operation, so the received functional dependences can be used to predict a residual life of the designs. As illustrated by the casing pipes of 168.3 mm diameter, where the dominant damage is the general corrosion of the inner surface, the algorithm to receive the expression for the calculation of coefficients of the lowering of the supporting ability to the excessive inner pressure in the function of the nominal thickness of pipes wall and corrosion depth is shown. The algorithm of the application of the received expression to calculate the residual life of the damaged casing pipes is given.
The paper considers the issues of well reliability indicators (strength, durability, safety) determined using the results of geophysical prospecting of the technical condition of the support as initial data. It is shown that it is possible to establish (recognize) the technical condition of bearing elements of well support, if according to the results of instrument studies, the types of damages are identified, their dimensions are established and actual strength parameters are calculated. Forecasting of service life is connected with the identification of a support element limiting service life of wells and determination of dominant mechanism of its damage for predicted operation period. The definition of well safe operation life is connected with the development of well reliability system. An example of elements included in the well reliability system is given, each of which is assigned a corresponding significance factor. The evaluation algorithm of the impact of properties of reliability system elements on its safe operation life is shown.
