In this paper, the bagasse was wet stored by hypochlorite bleaching waste water with or without chlorine. The dissolution ability of lignin, total sugar and reducing sugar was investigated. Then the effluent properties with the wet storage time prolonging were tested. The results showed that some small molecular weight substances were dissolved from baggase, such as sugar and lignin. And the dissolution ability of hypochlorite bleaching waste water with chlorine was better than that of hypochlorite bleaching waste water without chlorine. And the change trend of effluent properties for the two wet storage system were similar. With the wet storage time extending, the dissolved substances were degraded, COD and chroma of effluent were decreased, and the properties of effluent were improved.
Corrosion behavior of 7A52 aluminum alloy plasma arc welding (PAW) joint was investigated in simulation of marine atmosphere environment with salt water spray test. The surface morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the effect of corrosion time on corrosion behavior was discussed. The depth of spot corrosion, the corrosion dynamic characteristics, and the distribution of element of 7A52 aluminum alloy welding joint were analyzed by 3D and XRD Microscope. Results show that pitting corrosion is main morphology in heat effect zone at initial stage, pitting corrosion appears in matrix and welding joint with time. The main component compounds existing in the film include Al and O. The depth of pitting corrosion in the heat effect region is the maximum (3.008μm). The law of power function is followed in both phases of the corrosion weight increasing curve, and the corrosion rate decreases with time.
In this paper, bagasse (de-pithed bagasse) and bagasse pith were treated respectively, the process of hemicelluloses extraction was optimized, and some parameters which may affect the hemicelluloses yield were discussed, such as alkali charge, temperature and time of extraction. The results showed that the hemicelluloses yield of bagasse was obviously affected by the alkali charge and temperature of extraction increasing at the same liquid-to-solid ratio and time, and the maximum reached 18.47% (base on o.d.) . To bagasse pith, it could obtain hemicelluloses of 15.37% by the same treatment with bagasse. Therefore, both bagasse and bagasse pith were the good materials for hemicelluloses extraction.
