With the reform of employment system for graduates，college graduates have more decision-making power when choose jobs．Besides，the labour relations with the men of contract provide premise and condition for graduates pursuing maximum benefits．The process of graduates employment-decision is a kind of rational behavior which should weigh gain and loss carefully．Facing with a variety of opportunities, graduates are generally at a loss how to make a strategic decision．Aiming at such situation，we should first analyse the factors that influence job-decision objectively，then apply the Analytic hierarchy process method to decide the weight of each factors，finally，we can use the comprehensive evaluation method to choose a satisfied job．
