During the design process of the motor control algorithm, the control parameters need to be constantly adjusted and the algorithm iteration process is complicated. This paper presents a rapid prototyping platform for motor control system with VeriStand environment integrated. The model real-time simulation layer is developed based on VeriStand, LabVIEW, and Simulink, which constitutes the virtual controller of the rapid prototyping platform. Combined with the human-computer interaction layer and data interaction layer based on the embedded system, the rapid prototyping platform can evaluate the performance of the control algorithm before the actual controller is completed, effectively shortening the development period. This rapid prototyping platform has the advantage of high real-time performance, which is convenient for users to design and simulate, and can be widely used in various motor control systems.
