On the basic of multiple populations of immune algorithm and clonal selectionalgorithm, the purpose of this paper is to further improve the detectionefficiency and reducing the false alarm rate. This paper uses the kddcup99 dataset as the experimental data set, and chooses four types of attack data groupof experiment data set as initial population of multiple populations of clonalselection algorithm, through the algorithm to create the optimal model. Basedon the principle of normal data larger than the abnormal data, in turn, experimental data set matched with the normal data set and the optimal model bythe improved R matching algorithm. The results of this paper show that thedetection rate increased significantly
We have fabricated Au/CuPc/Al/CuPc/Au organic thin film transistor (OTFTs) using vacuum deposition with CuPc thin films of stable chemical property and semi conductive Al gate thin film electrode. The static and dynamic characteristics were tested at room temperature. The test results show that the switching speed of the OTFT is ton=2.68ms, toff= 1.32ms, amplification bandwidth is 400Hz, and the cutoff frequency fc=400Hz when inputting 100Hz small square wave signal. Our OTFT has submicron conductive channel, shows operation characteristics of high frequency, high speed and high current density. Good static and dynamic characteristics of OTFT can be obtained by controlling appropriate Al gate film thickness and CuPc film thickness.
An image encryption algorithm by scrambling both the pixel location and the pixel value with sudoku grids matrix is proposed in this paper. As there is a certain mapping mode Between the Natural order and the numeric order in the row, line and block in sudoku grids, the proposed algorithm adopts the sudoku grids as secret key and scrambles the image according to the certain mapping mode. The algorithm is suitable for image with any size. The simulation experiments show that it has good encryption efficiency and perfect encryption effects. Also the transferring attack can be distributed equally by the algorithm which has high robustness, and good restoration result is produced.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
