Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media dadu yang  pernah dikembangkan  peneliti-peneliti sebelumnya,  pengembangan media sebelumnya belum efektif dalam penggunaannya serta belum terdapat nuansa islami serta keterampilan kreativitas pada media pembelajaran tersebut, sehingga penelitian ini mengembangkan media dadu berbasis nuansa islami pada tema pertumbuhan dan perkembangan makhluk hidup untuk melatih kreativitas peserta didik kelas III SD/MI. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendapat ahli terhadap media dadu berbasis nuansa islami pada tema pertumbuhan dan perkembangan makhluk hidup untuk melatih kreativitas peserta didik kelas III SD/MI dan mengetahui respon pendidik terhadap media dadu berbasis nuansa islami pada tema pertumbuhan dan perkembangan makhluk hidup untuk melatih kreativitas peserta didik. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, pendapat para ahli terhadap media dadu bermotif nuansa islami pada tema pertumbuhan dan perkembangan makhluk hidup untuk melatih kreativitas peserta didik mendapat kriteria sangat valid dangan  praktis, dengan rata-rata penilaian ahli media sebesar 90,12%, penilaian ahli bahasa  86,6% dan penilaian ahli materi/isi  87,13%. Respon pendidik terhadap media dadu bermotif nuansa islami untuk melatih kreativitas peserta didik mendapatkan penilaian sebesar 91,36%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media dadu berbasis nuansa islami untuk melatih kreativitas peserta didik tema pertumbuhan dan perkembangan makhluk hidup kelas III SD/MI dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan guru dalam mengelola kelas rendah pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif persentase. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang guru kelas rendah SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I. Objek penelitian ini berupa keterampilan guru kelas dalam Pengelolaan Kelas rendah pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif persentase. Dari hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan mengenai keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas rendah pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I kota Pariaman tergolong dengan kategori sangat baik, walaupun ada beberapa aspek yang masih baik ataupun kurang baik. Guru kelas rendah SDN 08 Kp. Jawa I kota Pariaman sangat profesional dalam mengelola kelas dan dapat menanggulangi kelas yang tidak kondusif serta mempertahankannya.

Improving learning outcomes in the learning process is very important to prove achievement in the learning process, to improve learning outcomes we can use various ways, one of which is to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes by using Powton media. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental, using two groups posttest only which is part of quantitative research. This study using two groups posttest only presents a form of research where when determining the control group and the experimental group, the selection is done randomly (Prasetyo & Jannah, 2011: 117). The results of this study areThe average obtained by the experimental group is already above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 70, with details of 7 students getting the highest score and 12 students getting standard scores, and 6 students getting scores below the KKM. Another thing for the control group is that the average grade obtained is still below the KKM score, with details of 3 students getting the highest score, 4 students getting standard scores, and 18 students getting scores below the KKM. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the success of using this powtoon application as a learning medium for Indonesian language subjects on the character of the characters in the story can be seen from the average value of the class or experimental sample group which is above the average value of the KKM. Speaking skill is one of the four language skills that are important to master. Because speaking skills are an important element in communicating, so that students can convey messages and ideas well. The purpose of this study is [1] to determine the speaking skills of 5th grade students of SDN 01 TARANTANG [2] To assist in making speaking skills teaching materials based on the results of the analysis of 5th grade students' speaking skills of SDN 01 TARANTANG. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with analytical methods. With data collection techniques through oral tests and literature studies. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers on 5th grade elementary school students, it can be seen that the average score of students' scores is 60 with the provision that 3 students have the highest scores such as KPA, SO, WSP by getting an overall score of 91, then for the lowest score, namely PI, TR, WFR with an overall score of 33, the reason is that they did not take the exam at all and did not answer the questions given by the researcher.

This study aims to determine the principal's policy in carrying out bold learning for students during the Covid 19 pandemic in the hope that students will get an effective and conducive education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis interactive model of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. With data sources principals, teachers, parents and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the local SDN principal already has a policy in implementing face-to-face learning through a number of students in accordance with the health protocol. Principals, teachers, homeroom teachers, parents and guardians of students as well as the local community participated in the success of the policy.
