The authors consider a bank card as a payment financial instrument. The analysis of the card business of one of the largest Russian banks VTB Bank (PJSC) is carried out, the characteristics of the positive directions in the turnover of plastic cards are given and a critical look at the unfinished areas is given. As a result of the study, the features of issuing plastic cards during the pandemic are revealed, attention is paid to the sanctions imposed by foreign banks after the start of Russia's military operation to protect the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics. Methods for analyzing and optimizing processes, as well as measures aimed at improving the process of using bank cards are presented. In conclusion, the conclusions and recommendations for improving the process of using bank cards by VTB Bank (PJSC) are reflected.

To date, one of the priority tasks of the development of the agro-industrial complex is the formation of a mechanism for the timely identification, prevention and prevention of various entrepreneurial risks associated with the activities of agricultural producers. Insurance is the most effective tool for effective management and mitigation of adverse effects of various types of agricultural risks. The article presents the results of the study of the functioning of the mechanism of agricultural insurance with state support, as well as the impact of agricultural risks on the level of financial stability of agricultural producers. An analysis of the current financial condition of agricultural organizations of the Stavropol Territory was carried out, the financial results of their activities, measures of state support for farmers were considered. The classification of insurance risks, the methodology for calculating insurance premiums, insurance programs are considered. The subject of the study is a risk system at the level of agricultural producers. The information base was the official data of the Federal State Statistics Service, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, statistical information on the implementation by members of the NSA of agricultural insurance carried out with state support. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development and systematization of mechanisms for reducing the risks of agricultural producers.
