The significant influence of the 21st century brought a change in Physics learning. Students are required to have the skills to think, work, and live in the surrounding environment. To achieve 21st-century skills needed teaching materials that can support the learning process.With the presence of teaching materials, students are more active in building their knowledge and easy to understand the material provided. Teaching materials that can guide students with a productive task to practice is the student worksheet. A student worksheet is a teaching material that contains a set of activities to maximize students understanding in achievement of competence. To improve the competence of students, one of the efforts that teachers to develop quality student worksheet. A student worksheet is considered qualified if has validity criteria. The validity assessment of the student worksheet is carried out by expert reviews. This research aims to determine the validity of the student worksheet using an inquiry-based learning model with a science process skills approach. The research conducted is design research using the Plomp model with the type of development studies, where validity is at the stage of development. The research instrument used a validity questionnaire to be filled by expert reviews, then analyzed using Aiken's V formula. The result of the validity showed that the student worksheet using an inquiry-based learning model with a science process skills approach having valid criteria with a value of 0.88. It means that the student worksheet is decent for use in Physics learning.
This article wrote to certain effect of inquiry learning on student's science process skill and scientific literacy with some variable used metaanalysis method. The data of this study were seconder data which taken from other study result. Resources data of this study were nine reputation journal of national and international. Collected of data in online with taken same of topic on independent and dependent variable. Nine of articles used in this research. Five articles dicuss about science process skill and four articles discuss about scientific literacy. Data analyzed using effect size count. Result study were being means effect size from inquiry learning model on student's science process skill were 1.43 and scientific literacy were 0.84. It means inquiry learning given positive effect on science process skill and scientific literacy. High effect size from inquiry learning on science process skills were in junior high school (1.95) grade with GIL (1.84) using macromedia flash (1.67) in IPA region (1.71). Beside that, high effect size from inquiry learning on scientific literacy were in college (1.44) with GI-BL (1.44) using non-media (0.87) in biology region (1.44).
Kecepatan reaksi dan aksi tendangan merupakan parameter penting dalam cabang olah raga pencak silat. Sampai saat ini, belum ada peralatan berbasis teknologi yang dapat mengukur kecepatan reaksi dan aksi pesilat. Dalam artikel ini dipaparkan sebuah instrumen untuk mengukur kecepatan reaksi dan tendangan pesilat berbasis teknologi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan instrumen pengukur kecepatan reaksi dan aksi pesilat mengadopsi model Borg and Gall. Dalam model ini dilakukan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik test and retest. Ada dua kelompok sampel yang digunakan, yaitu kelompok sampel kecil (14 orang) dan kelompok sampel besar (32 orang). Hasil uji reabilitas memiliki kriteria kuat dengan nilai 0,671 pada kelompok sampel kecil dan 0,746 untuk kelompok sampel besar. Sementara itu, untuk pengembangan norma instrumen dilibatkan 382 orang sampel dengan kategori atlet dewasa yang terdiri atas kelompok putera dan putri. Dalam penelitian ini, ada lima kategori yang dipakai yaitu baik sekali, baik, sedang, kurang, dan kurang sekali. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh simpulan, alat yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi, dan layak dipergunakan sebagai instrumen pengukur kecepatan tendangan pencak silat.
Standard competency of graduate students of class XI in Physics learning is considered not optimal. One of the contributing factors is the unavailability of the Physics E-Module, which contains model steps and is integrated with a learning approach in order to direct students in active learning. This study aims to produce a Physics E-Module based on an integrated project-based learning model with an Ethno-STEM approach on smartphones for class XI high school students with valid, practical, and effective criteria. This is development research using the Plomp development model consisting of three stages: Preliminary Research, Development or Prototyping Phase, and Assessment Phase. The instruments used in this research include three questionnaires for preliminary study, validity and practicality, attitude observation sheets, written test sheets, and skills assessment sheets. The result obtained was a Physics E-Module based on an integrated project-based learning model with the Ethno-STEM approach on smartphones for class XI high school students who meet valid, practical, and effective criteria.
Lack of practical activities in schools can result in a decrease in the creativity of students. worksheets based on the discovery learning model in them trigger students to think creatively and critically. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. The purpose of this study is to look at the improvement of skills competencies which are assisted by student worksheets based on the discovery learning model. The data analysis technique is testing hypotheses where there is a difference which means the use of this student worksheet. Hypothesis testing conditions are to carry out normality tests for skill scores from both sample classes and homogeneity tests to see the distribution of values from two sample classes that have homogeneous data. after treatment is obtained, the average value of the skills of the experimental class is 78.62 and for the control class is 70.10.Abstrak: Kurangnya kegiatan praktikum di sekolah dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kreativitas siswa. lembar kerja berbasis model discovery learning di dalamnya memicu siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dan kritis. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peningkatan kompetensi keterampilan yang dibantu oleh lembar kerja siswa berdasarkan pada model pembelajaran penemuan. Teknik analisis data menguji hipotesis di mana ada perbedaan yang berarti penggunaan lembar kerja siswa ini. syarat pengujian hipotesis adalah untuk melakukan tes normalitas untuk skor keterampilan dari kedua kelas sampel dan tes homogenitas untuk melihat distribusi nilai dari dua kelas sampel yang memiliki data homogen. setelah perawatan diperoleh, nilai rata-rata keterampilan dari kelas eksperimen adalah 78,62 dan untuk kelas kontrol adalah 70,10.
