The use of rubric in peer assessment has greatly increased in recent years. However, the result of the use of rubric in peer assessment becomes an underexplored area. Therefore, this study focuses on investigating the result of rubric-referenced peer assessment (RRPA) on students' narrative writing. This study investigated how the students use rubric in peer assessment and how is their composition in terms of its schematic structure, content, and language feature after the implementation of RRPA. This study was conducted at one of senior high school in Sumedang and involved 9 students randomly. They were assigned to assess their friends' compositions by using rubric. The result from observation during RRPA process indicate that by the use of rubric , the students could give reliable assessment on schematic structure and content, however they got difficulties in assessing language feature. And the result of content analysis on students' composition point out that the students could improve their writing skill, especially in arranging text structure and developing content of the text. However, there is no change in students' knowledge on narrative language. In general, RRPA could give positive contribution in students' learning, they were more motivated and could develop their independence in learning.
This article will discuss the philosophical study of non-pharmacological pain management by looking at perspectives in ontology, epistemology and axiology. Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with tissue damage. The impact of pain can generate tension that can stimulate the central nerve to release catecholamines that cause arterial and tachycardial constriction. This can increase the afterload and decrease the cardiac output. Pain is influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors at varying degrees. Pain is a subjective experience of the patient so in the provision of nursing care to pain patients, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that affect pain among other cultures. Understanding and knowledge of transcultural nursing theory, one of which is the Theory of Diversity-Based Diversity and Cultural Universality by Madeleine M. Leinenger with the sunrise model, must be owned by the nurse in conducting the assessment, making the diagnosis and arrange nursing intervention. Non-pharmacological pain management also needs to be done by nurses in overcoming pain problems in patients.
The results to be obtained in the research are the relationship between public perception and community participation in overcoming Covid 19, the relationship between responsibility and community participation in overcoming Covid 19, as well as the relationship between perception and responsibility together with community participation in overcoming Covid 19. This research is correlational quantitative, involving 100 community members in the RW. 08 Cipondoh Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, which was selected by means of Proportionate Random Sampling. Data were obtained through a calibrated questionnaire. From the research, data obtained: (1) that public perception has a positive and significant relationship with community participation in handling Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.731 >rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (2) that responsibility has a positive and significant relationship with community participation in the response to Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.661 >rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (3) that public perception and responsibility together have a positive and significant relationship with community participation in the prevention of Covid 19, with a value of ry.1 = 0.808 >rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
