Abstract:Spirituality is a self-ability to recognize the power of the One mighty, like God. Through an understanding of spirituality, one understands the meaning itself, the meaning of life and the purpose of his life. So that the person is able to direct his self positively in any situation. Spiritual hopes can be implemented and developed in guidance and counseling in Indonesia. The research objective was to compare the level of spirituality adolescents by gender and majors. This research design surveys, with descriptive analysis techniques. Participants determined by population sampling techniques, a number of 122 adolescents (students) SMAN 1 Punggur, Lampung. Results of this research were obtained an average score of; boys r = 115.64, and the female r = 121.36. A significant level of 0.320, meaning that there is no difference. Meanwhile, the average score of 119.58 science major teens and young majors for IPS at 119.09. A significant level of 1,000 and that means there is no difference. The conclusions of the research were the level of teenage boys spiritualism relatively similar to adolescent girls, and adolescents in the spiritualism level science majors are relatively the same as the teenagers in the majors IPS. Recommendations are given is that research on the study and implementation of spiritual guidance and counseling can be developed, and teacher guidance and counseling so that this study can be considered to help develop students' independence through a spiritual approach. Human resources within a company's organization are significant to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving the goal. However, to achieve it all of these employees must have other supporting factors such as endurance, diligence, and accuracy or other skills. These factors can manage a system that can help to make decisions. One of the methods that can be used for decision support system is by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, this method is chosen because it can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives that is entitled to get the promotion and value of employee performance expected by company based on criteria which are determined. The result of the implementation process can sort the alternatives from the most considerable value to the smallest value.

Abstract:The goal of national education as set forth in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia looks not only focused on the development of cognitive but also affective, and psychomotor. To realize the quality of the knowledge of the learner, the learning experience (academic) becomes so important. Learning gains are not limited to the cognitive but also the character of the students. Learning is a way to acquire knowledge is a precious suggestion in Islam. The subject teachers as facilitators in helping students learn. Similarly, guidance and counseling teachers, in the field of academic, guidance and counseling teacher seeks to help learners to understand themselves and their environment so that learners are able to adapt and fulfill the task of learning (academic) it well. This study aims to produce a study on the Islamic perspective regarding guidance and counseling learning (academic). The method used is the study of literacy. With reviewing or studying libraries or literacy, both print and electronic that have a study on the topic. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the counseling and guidance of learning (academic) aims to help facilitate the individual in the learning process. So in the view of Islam, teacher guidance and counseling have a glorious opportunity to teach goodness and benefits for other people especially in the study.

Basic theory; Until now the creativity is still an aspect that will determine a person's success, both in learning, business and even determine the psychological well-being of a person (Althuizen, Wierenga, & Rossiter, 2010; Audia and Goncalo, 2007; Rauch and Frese, 2007; Tan & Hashim, 2009 ; Zinc, Aun, & May, 2016). Therefore it is necessary to identify creative people from an early age. Constraints in the field of creativity tests are still carried out by a limited circle who has the authorize. Researchers want any expansion of the means of identifying people based creative school. This inventory made to help identify creative people in high school. Efforts identification can do by a school counselor by using this inventory. So school counselors can make the program guidance and counseling services for students based on the results of such identification.

This study aims to present spirituality student competency profiles, which can provide a view of cultural competence on the part of students or the spirituality of the people of Indonesia. The method used is survey. Subjects consisted of 50 students on the course for guidance and counseling. Most categories of student spirituality competency is moderate, with highs in the affective aspects, aspects of cognitive and psychomotor lowest at. Therefore, the development of spirituality on student competence becomes important. Especially the development of the cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Competence spirituality is a potential in human beings that can evolve positively. As the results of research and studies mention that spirituality has contributed to mental health, positive moral behavior, professionalism, physical health, as well as character development. Character development is part of a very important educational mission. Moreover, the students as the next generation of nation-building, it is necessary formation of strong character. Belief in God and positive moral behavior is one of the main characters to be achieved in the national education goals. Spirituality can be a major potential in the development of the character.
