The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial management policies on financial performance and firm value, the effect of financial performance on firm value, and analyze the indirect influence of financial management policies on firm value through financial performance. Financial management policies consist of investment decisions, funding decisions , and dividend policy. The method used is descriptive statistics and path analysis which is a continuation of multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques are in the form of financial report documentation issued by manufacturing companies in 2014-2016. Meanwhile, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with a total sample of 38 companies. Based on the test results it was concluded that investment and funding decisions had a significant effect on financial performance and firm value, while dividend policy did not affect financial or nil performance ai company, financial performance has a significant and negative influence on firm value. For mediation results, it was found that there is an indirect relationship between investment decisions and funding decisions with firm value through financial performance, but financial performance is not a mediation between dividend policy and firm value. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of MSME actors in utilizing the internet and technology to support the marketing of their products and to encourage MSME actors to transform into online markets in order to expand the reach of their target market or consumers through digital marketing. In the current era of the Covid-19 Virus, the income of MSME actors is reduced because consumers prefer to shop online rather than in person. SMEs must find the right strategy to increase their sales during the pandemic in order to survive. The programs that have been implemented are: (1) Socializing the Importance of Online Marketing, (2) Training on Account Creation/Marketplace Stores, and (3) How to Upload Products. Which will be held in February 2022 at Mega Regency Blok H RT 005/RW 009, Sukasari Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. By using the Hybrid method. Through the above activity program, MSME actors have become more aware of selling online on the marketplace in order to increase product sales and strengthen the family economy during the current pandemic.

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted at the companies which issuing corporate bonds in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in periode of 2016-2018. Total sample used are 64 corporate obligation, with purposive sampling method. This research used quantitave data. The analysis technique data used in this research is multiple linear regressions. Based on the results of the analysis found that interest rates have a significant positive effect on changes in bond prices. Bond coupons have a significant positive effect on bond prices. The age of the bonds does not have a significant effect on changes in bond prices. Bond ratings do not have a significant effect on changes in bond prices.

Strengthening the family economy through subsistence production is an important activity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Savings in expenditure by producing the goods needed by themselves, helps maintain family economic stability which in turn has an impact on the stability of family welfare. The program to strengthen the family economy through subsistence production aims to help housewives in an effort to save household expenses productively. The method applied in the socialization of this program is done with lectures and practice in the form of videos uploaded through the Watshaap group. Participants in this program are 52 housewives in Pedurenan Village, Mustika Jaya, Bekasi City.
