The purpose of the article is to investigate and analyze possible directions of diversification of the use of labor potential of rural areas. Research methods. Methods used: dialectical (cognition of processes and phenomena), monographic (analysis of the evolution of scientific achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the problems of using the labor potential of rural areas), abstract-logical (theoretical generalizations and conclusions), statistical (when developing tables and figures), stochastic modeling (in determining the most likely areas for choosing a field of professional activity). Research results. The current state and trends in the development of labor potential of rural areas of Ukraine are considered and analyzed. The directions of diversification of types of economic activity in rural areas are substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the development of non-agricultural employment. Scientific novelty. Theoretical and practical provisions on the areas of diversification of the use of labor potential of rural areas of Ukraine have been further developed, which will contribute to the formation of a multi-sectoral structure of employment of the rural population; current trends in the development of non-standard forms of employment in the EU countries are identified and the need to strengthen the functional role of rural areas in the direction of non-agricultural functions is substantiated. Practical significance. The main provisions and conclusions set out in the article contain certain practical recommendations for promoting the involvement of the rural population in entrepreneurial activities, which will ensure the preservation and various uses of the labor potential of rural areas. The purpose of the article is to generalize the theoretical foundations and justify the feasibility of using innovative tools to involve citizens in the decision-making process at the level of territorial communities, spread the practices of participatory budgeting, which will contribute to the formation of an active civil society. The following methods were used to implement the tasks: abstract-logical; monographic and comparative; graphic; sociological survey method. The expediency of using the participatory budgeting mechanism for territorial communities is justified, which will contribute to the establishment of social dialogue between local self-government bodies and residents of the territorial community. A sociological survey was conducted to identify the realities of increasing public involvement in the decision-making process at the territorial community level. It was found that the respondents are equally concerned about urban and personal problems of planning the socio-economic development of the territory. Innovative mechanisms of public participation (consensus conference, consultative survey, guided visualization, world cafe, workshop, imagination, public development of alternatives) are proposed, which will contribute to the formation of an active civil society and increase the level of civic education. Public space is another innovative tool for the participation of community residents in the decision-making process. The conducted research contributed to solving the task and justifying the expediency of using innovative tools of public participation in the decision-making process, spreading the practices of participatory budgeting, which will contribute to the formation of an active civil society. The formulated author's conclusions and recommendations are characterized by a positive impact on the involvement of the public in the decision-making process, since the creation of a higher culture of decision-making and the activation of civil society at the level of the territorial community can contribute to receiving better services and improving the quality of life of the population

Форми інноваційної активізації аграрного підприємництва в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки Мета статті -обґрунтувати особливості та доцільність використання основних форм інноваційної активізації аграрного підприємництва в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки для розроблення науковометодологічних положень щодо подальшого їх впровадження в практику. Методика дослідження. Використано методи: діалектичний (пізнання процесів і явищ), монографічний (аналіз еволюції наукових здобутків українських й іноземних учених стосовно проблем цифрової трансформації економіки), емпіричний (щодо комплексної оцінки практики використання форм інноваційної активізації аграрного підприємництва), абстрактно-логічний (теоретичні узагальнення та формулювання висновків). Результати дослідження. Розглянуто основні форми активізації інноваційного розвитку аграрного підприємництва в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки. Визначено роль стартапів у забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку, проаналізовано джерела їх фінансування. Обґрунтовано роль біржових механізмів залучення інвестицій в інноваційні компанії, охарактеризовано напрями розвитку ринку ІТ-інновацій. Елементи наукової новизни. Дістала подальшого розвитку теорія інновацій, яку доповнено положеннями в контексті особливостей аграрного сектору економіки та перспектив його цифрової трансформації. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо використання форм інноваційної активізації аграрного підприємництва в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки на основі детального дослідження практики їх використання. Практична значущість. Обґрунтовані результати можуть бути використанні в процесі подальшого науковометодологічного забезпечення практики інноваційної активізації аграрного підприємництва з урахуванням зростаючої ролі суспільної цифровізації.
