In this study, we investigated the enhancement of cellular lipid that forms in Lipomyces starkeyi under the electro chemical stimulation by discharge in the dielectric barrier electrode at a gas-liquid boundary. The plasma injection sequence and composition of recovery media were optimized for the minimum deterioration of cellular density and maximum increase in the lipid volumes.
