A study was conducted to determine the species diversity of lepidoptera egg parasitoids on several crops in Solok. lepidopteran eggs were collected from rice, corn, tomato, and cabbage. A survey was conducted by using Stratified Purposive Sampling Method. Two districts (Gunung Talang and Lembah Gumanti) were chosen as centre of the target crops. The results showed that five species of egg parasitoids were found parasitizing lepidopteran eggs. The species found on rice were Telenomus sp., Tetrastichus sp., and Trichogramma japonicum parasitizing Scirpophaga incertulas and Hesperiidae with parasitization levels were 29.54; 13.02; and 2.05% respectively. The species found on corn was Trichogrammatoidea spp. parasitizing Helicoverpa armigera with parasitization level was 29.07%. None of parasitoid was found to parasitize eggs of H. armigera on tomato. The egg parasitoid parasitizing Crocidolomia pavonana and Spodoptera litura on cabbage was Trichogramma chilotrae with parasitization level was 1.67%. The most abundance species of lepidopteran egg parasitoids were Telenomus sp.and Trichogrammatoidea sp. The diversity index of egg parasitoids on rice in different sample areas varied from 0.46 to 0.63 based on Simpsons index. It indicated that the species diversity of lepidopteran eggs was relatively low.
The concept of Strategic Human Resource Management has been a very important topic since the late 1980s. A company, if it wants to succeed in the competition in this global era, must be able to make human resource management plans that are capable and responsive to changes in world business in the future (strategic). This research aims to explain the concept of strategic human resource management (MSDMS) in an effort to contribute to company performance. MSDS research using a qualitative approach by using a literature review in presenting theories about research problems that are currently being carried out. There are two things that are analyzed in the concept of strategic human resource management (MSDMS). First, the relationship between HR strategy, HR practice and organizational performance is reviewed. As a result, the best practice approach has been used and yields useful results comparatively to the contingency approach and the configurational approach. Second, intervening factors and the causal relationship between HRM practice and organizational performance are analyzed. Retention results and multiple factors are found and placing too much control on causal relationships is unrealistic in empirical studies.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and constraints of the Kelurahan in the implementation of the Kelurahan cleanliness empowerment program in Kelurahan Tanjungbalai Kota IV. This research was conducted qualitatively by taking informants from the Kelurahan, TP-PKK officials and the community. The results showed that the performance of Tanjungbalai City IV Urban District of North Tanjungbalai District in implementing the cleanliness empowerment program of the Kelurahan was said to be good, because the Kelurahan had formed TP-PKK to create a Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) program with 10 activities and in accordance with the duties and responsibilities in the framework of empowerment Kelurahan. If seen from the accountability dimension of the apparatus that is already quite good with the commitment and seriousness of the Village officials in carrying out their duties and functions in terms of implementing the Tanjungbalai City IV Urban Empowerment program. Judging from the good enough responsibility this can be seen from the ability of the Village in minimizing complaints submitted by the community. And the responsiveness of the Tanjungbalai City IV Kelurahan apparatus is quite good, as seen from the commitment and actions of the Kelurahan officials that are very intense in conducting socialization to the community so that environmental sustainability activities can bring a clean and safe environment,
The results showed that in general the services of the Pasar Baru Village officials did not meet the expectations of the community, where the community still felt weaknesses which had an impact on the interests of the community itself. But overall the quality of service in the Pasar Baru Village Office related to a Building Construction Permit (IMB) can be said to be quite good. In terms of appearance and facilities in serving the community (Tangibles), and assurance or trust can be seen from the safety and comfort of the community in providing services, and empathy for the apparatus who have tried to establish good communication and relationships with the local community. But of course Pasar Baru Village also has obstacles in service at Pasar Baru Village Offices, including: Lack of employees in the field of service and mastery of technology, facilities and infrastructure that are inadequate during service and do not yet have Service Standards, especially correspondence. Therefore, in implementing and improving the quality of service for correspondence, the IMB should be made a change that involves all aspects, in this case the government apparatus in the Kelurahan office plays a role in establishing relations between service users and Kelurahan employees.

The lack of understanding of the people of Hamdan Village, Medan Maimun District in the success of Law No. 32 of 2004. The results of this dedication show that the socialization of Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government and development progress and the success of existing development, must be disseminated to the community. One example of the community can directly experience the construction of road facilities and infrastructure that have repaired, as well as several developments in flood management and environmental cleanliness. The participation of the community in determining public policy, the higher the level of democracy in the country. In regional autonomy it is necessary to involve as many citizens as possible in determining public policy at the regional level.
