The buying and selling transaction system that many people use today is the online buying and selling system. In this system, there is a process of goods delivery by one branch of a freight forwarder in Indonesia, namely SiCepat Express Baleendah. In the process of shipping goods, a delivery route with the shortest path is needed in order to minimize of the goods delivery process. The problem of the route of goods delivery can be solved by one of the algorithms in the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), namely the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) Algorithm. This study aims to determine the shortest route and distance for goods delivery using the CIH Algorithm by the Asymmetric TSP CIH application, as well as knowing its efficiency compared to the route that used by SiCepat Express Baleendah. The result shows that the use of the CIH Algorithm is proven to produce a more efficient delivery route than the route created by SiCepat Express Baleendah. Based on the goods delivery route from SiCepat Express Baleendah, the result of the total distance is 18.55 km. On the other hand, based on the CIH Algorithm, the delivery route obtained result is 13.45 km. The efficiency of using the CIH Algorithm is 27.48% better than the result from SiCepat Express Baleendah route.
Car and motorcycle vehicles are vital needs in this modern era to help someone to a certain place. Inevitably the increasing number of cars and motorbikes with fewer roads to accommodate these vehicles results in congestion or long queues that are so crowded. So the government also conducted several methods to unravel congestion, including traffic engineering. This method can be said to be successful if congestion in an area can decrease from usual. However, not every successful traffic engineering, even congestion is getting worse. Therefore we need to test the results of traffic engineering. One of them is using the M/M/1 queuing model with Poisson distribution and then simulated by SimEvents in Matlab. As researchers, we can also provide solutions to unravel these bottlenecks. Mathematics is the basic foundation for other sciences. Equation is a mathematical model that can describe real-life problems, one of which is estimating non-tax state revenues in the coming year. Non-State Revenue (penerimaan negara bukan pajak, PNBP) is the scope of state finances which is equipped with the State Assets and Auction Service Office (kantor pelayanan keuangan negara dan lelang, KPKNL) which must be reported on the realization of PNBP that will be deposited into the state treasury. Such situation happens because expenditures in each government agency will be available and increase every year by the government. Therefore, direktorat jenderal keuangan negara (DJKN) have to be more optimal in the management of the PNBP. This study aims to determine the results of the best estimates and exponential models in estimating non-tax state income at the KPKNL Bandung, Indonesia, in year of 2017 and 2018. This research includes descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results show that the calculation using the exponential 4th model is the best model for estimating PNBP such that the estimated PNBP results in 2017 is Rp. 574,775,677 and in 2018 is Rp. 798,022,691.
