The policy of strategy ecotourism development in the border area is actually to improve the function of the autonomous village as promised by the Jokowi-JK government policy, which is to build from the periphery. . The development process should not fully follow the logic of the governance structure, but by looking at the needs and the conditions of the asymmetrical region. At least there are several reasons that underlie a policy research. First, because of the condition of the border communities that live in poverty, many migrants work in Malaysia; Second, the inequality of infrastructure facilities between Indonesia and Malaysia which leads to inequality of optimism in public services; Third, the occurrence of business transaction processes that cause dependence on Malaysian society to fulfill their daily needs. The results of the research with a qualitative approach can be concluded that the government does not yet have a strategic agenda for ecotourism development and quantitatively the results of hypothesis testing are significantly proven that there is a natural potential that can be used as an asset of scientific information for the development of an ecotourism model.
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik korelasi antara prasangka ujaran kebencian (hate speech) dan keyakinan pada hoaks (hoax) dengan sikap politik pemilih pemula di Kota Semarang menjelang Pemilihan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Tahun 2018. Artikel ini berangkat dari penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang, yang merupakan pemilih pemula. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa prasangka ujaran kebencian (variabel X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap politik pemilih pemula (variabel Y), sementara keyakinan pada hoax (variabel X2) berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap sikap politik pemilih pemula (variabel Y). Untuk kesimpulan tersebut, maka saran yang diajukan adalah perlunya sosialisasi pemilu yang baik dan benar dan adanya pendidikan politik yang tepat sangat berguna untuk meminimalisir hoaks dan ujaran kebencian. Dengan cara itu, maka pemilih pemula akan menjadi pemilih yang rasional dan cerdas.
The main objective of this research is to develop a new concept of Transformational Leadership that is used to improve organizational learning capabilities, organizational innovation, organizational competitiveness and organizational environment in improving MSME Performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The research data was obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires with the number of respondents amounting to 97 Handycraft owners in Medan City. Some of the study findings include; 1) Transformational Leadership has no positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. 2) Transformational Leadership has no positive and significant effect on Organizational Learning. 3) Organizational learning has no positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. 4) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Innovation. 5) Organizational Innovation has no positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. 6) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational competitiveness. 7) Organizational Competitiveness has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. 8) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational environment. 9) Organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. 10) Transformational Leadership has no indirect effect on MSME Performance by mediating by Organizational Learning. 11) Transformational Leadership has no indirect effect on MSME Performance by mediating by Organizational Innovation. 12) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance by mediating by Organizational Competitiveness. 13) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance by mediating by the Organizational Environment.
The 2019 Legislative Election featured many celebrities involved in the contestation, where a total of 11 of the 16 political parties had legislative candidates from the celebrity circles. Democratic National Party (NasDem) became the party that nominated most celebrities as legislative candidates. Armed with the popularity that has made celebrities attract political parties to nominate them to increase the vote acquisition and even the number of seats. The process of recruiting legislative candidates from celebrities by the NasDem Party is the focus of this research on how the approach and process are carried out. The study uses qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach to describe the process that occurs through interviews and review of documents and news as a source of data. The results obtained indicate that the NasDem Party’s legislative candidate was recruited using an approach that involved the NasDem Party elite and fellow celebrities as intermediaries. Factors driving celebrities to become the NasDem Party’s legislative candidates are moral support (debriefing, fostering, and active interaction with party elites) and material (Campaign Props, campaign costs, financial reimbursement), Indonesian Restoration slogans, and anti-dowry politics, as well as egalitarian politics attitudes. Celebrity-related research in politics has focused a lot on the role of transformation from entertainment to politics. In contrast, this research has focused on recruiting celebrities as legislative candidates by the NasDem Party.
The development of Islam in the political arena in Indonesia is interesting to be analyzed comprehensively. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existence of Islamic political parties after the 2019 simultaneous general elections. The main problem in political life in Indonesia is the decline of public trust in political parties. One of the main reasons is the corruption case that ensnared politicians. The presence of Islamic political parties is hopefully able to bring a change and alter the ugly stigma from the society towards the political parties. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with a case study of PKS as a participant in the 2019 simultaneous general election, using an institutional assessment of the existence of political parties. The dynamics and existence of PKS before the 2019 general election were categorically high. It means that the PKS movement was active in society by offering strategic programs and policies for voters. PKS has a structured party system starting from the regeneration system to constituent treatment that can increase the number of voters in the 2019 elections. This research concludes that regeneration carried out through tarbiyah is able to instill party ideology in cadres, but fails to raise the party in a fast time. Based on the political dynamics of PKS during the Jokowi-JK administration period 2014-2019, identity politics was able to increase voter participation and increase PKS votes in the 2019 elections.
