Currently, Russia's economy is undergoing a global transformation caused by digital technologies. The changes taking place contribute not only to favorable changes, but also entail the emergence of a number of potential risks and adverse consequences. Considering the most negative impact it has been revealed that the consequences can affect rural areas, whose economy is currently in need of the full support in connection with the diversified development path. The article presents the knowledge about the diversified development of the rural economy in a form considering the modern realities of the digital economy. Since the rural territory is viewed as a complex and multifaceted system it cannot be studied from the perspective of one or more scientific approaches. Thus the cognitive modeling methodology has been used as the basis of the study. The methodology is based on the use of various cognitive tools that focus on the presentation and targeted interpretation of new knowledge about the subject of study that is diversified rural development. The developed cognitive model clearly represents the system-based cause-and-effect sequence of "goals -functions structurefunctioning -result". It takes into account the cyclical nature of negative impacts and the characteristics of responses stratified by economic levels. The model is based on the dynamic unity of the processes of functioning of its components under the influence of the external environment, which allows you to form its profile patterns. The functional and structural block includes the structure, functions and factors affecting the diversified development of rural areas. The object-subject block that contains the object subsystem (a set of economic entities, population, resources, infrastructure) and the subject subsystem (institutional structuresorganizational and formal institutions). The cognitive block of the model includes both theoretical and methodological basis for the study of diversified rural development. The use of the above approach results in the obtaining the emergent effect due to the implementation of target settings within each functional special purpose cycle.
The problem of modeling complex resource-intensive processes of plasma synthesis of carbon nanostructures (CNS) on the basis of mathematical and numerical methods of solution, focused on the use of parallel and distributed computing for processing large amounts of data, allowing to investigate the relationship and characteristics of processes to obtain an effective, cost-effective method of synthesis of CNS (fullerenes, nanotubes), is an actual theoretical and practical problem. This article deals with the problem of mathematical modeling of motion and interaction of charged particles in a multicomponent plasma based on the Boltzmann equation for the synthesis of ONS by thermal sublimation of graphite. The derivation of the collision integral is presented allowing to perform a numerical solution of the Boltzmann - Maxwell equations system with respect to the arc synthesis of CNS. The high order of particles and the number of their interactions involved simultaneously in the process of synthesis of CNS requires significant costs of machine resources and time to perform numerical calculations on the constructed model. Application of the large particle method makes it possible to reduce the amount of computing and hardware requirements without affecting the accuracy of numerical calculations. The use of parallel computing technology on the CPU and GPU with the use of Nvidia CUDA technology allows you to organize all the General-purpose calculations for the developed model based on the graphics processor of the personal computer graphics card, without the use of supercomputers or computing clusters. The results of experimental studies and numerical calculations confirming the adequacy of the developed model are presented. Obtained quantitative characteristics of the total pairwise interactions between the carbon particles and interactions with the formation of clusters of carbon with various types of ties in the plasma of the interelectrode space which are the basis of the synthesized nanostructures. The formation of carbon clusters occurs in the entire interelectrode space of the plasma with different intensity and depends on the process parameters.
The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the interaction of the state and the agricultural business. It is shown that the intensification of cooperation of the state with the agrarian business contributes to the transformation of the agrarian structure, modernization of the agro-industrial complex. The specifics of interaction between the state and agricultural business are highlighted. The special importance of public-private partnership for solving urgent problems of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories was noted. The main directions of economic and social interaction between the state and agricultural business are presented. Positive examples of using cooperation between the state and agricultural entrepreneurship in the regions of Russia are discussed. The expediency of developing cooperation between agricultural consumer co-operatives and municipal authorities is justified.
