Nowadays, mobile technology seems to become integral part of our life. People with different careers have begun to use it in their jobs. This research aims to identify influential factors in mobile technology adoption at library context. To this end, a conceptual model was presented based on an integrated model of technology acceptance model (TAM) and technology organisation and environment (TOE) model. A researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among 120 academic librarians. Seven Factor out of the integrated model of TAM and TOE were chosen to investigate their influence on mobile technology adoption. The results of the study suggest that the proposed model (integrated model of TAM and TOE) is a favourable one to identify the influential factors in mobile technology adoption at library context. In addition, regression analysis indicated that out of these seven factor, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, compatibility, relative advantage and organisational competency are determinant factors in adopting mobile technology-based library services among academic librarians.
It seems quite challenging in tissue engineering to synthesize a base material with a range of essential activities, including biocompatibility, nontoxicity, and antimicrobial activities. Various types of materials are synthesized to solve the problem. This study aimed to provide the latest relevant information for practitioners about antibacterial scaffolds in dental tissue engineering. The PubMed search engine was used to review the relevant studies with a combination of the following terms as search queries: tissue engineering, scaffolds, antimicrobial, dentistry, dental stem cells, and oral diseases. It is noteworthy to state that only the terms related to tissue engineering in dentistry were considered. The antimicrobial scaffolds support the local tissue regeneration and prevent adverse inflammatory reactions; however, not all scaffolds have such positive characteristics. To resolve this potential defect, different antimicrobial agents are used during the synthesis process. Innovative methods in guided tissue engineering are actively working towards new ways to control oral and periodontal diseases.
The present study was aimed to examine the effect of relationship-oriented and task-oriented management styles on organizational atmosphere in Tehran's high schools in 2016. Research method was practical in terms of objective; and it was survey-descriptive in terms of data collection. The statistical population consisted of all high school managers in Tehran, from which 322 individuals were selected as sample size, using Cochran Formula and Stratified Cluster Sampling Method. Data collection was done based on Halpin and Croft's Organizational Climate questionnaire, and Bardtz and Matenkas's management Style questionnaire. After collecting the questionnaires, data were examined and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method and Smart PLS software in two sections: 1) measurement model and 2) structural section. In the first section, technical features of the questionnaires included reliability, convergent validity, divergent validity, which were examined through PLS. In the second section, the software's significance coefficients were used for examining research hypotheses. Finally, findings approved of the effect of relationship-oriented and task-oriented management styles on organizational climate in Tehran's high schools.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
