Angelika Neuwirth is a typical Western scientist who contributed to the reviews of the Qur’an through a literary approach. Neuwirth builds her analysis on letters as a whole. In a further development, Neuwirth suggested the use of letters not only in literary approaches, but also in historical ones. For her, a letter is a small unit that stores a communication process from birth; it is also an integral unit that the editor guarantees as a literary text. She understands the Qur’an as a living scripture that reacts to other traditions during its emergence. With the study of intertextuality, the Bible’s influence on the Qur’an is not considered a plagiarism, rather a uniqueness and effectiveness of the Qur’anic messages.Keywords: Studi al-Qur’an, Intertekstualitas, Literatur.
Islamic marriage law that grows and develops in the social space describing the multiple possibilities to be interpreted through history. Issues around issues of justice, equality became the main centrum discussed with different approaches. Thesis William Montgomery Watt states that the trade of Mecca is an important factor for the emergence of Islam. Socioeconomic standpoint this has enriched the interpretation of the history of the emergence of Islam as a debatable academically. Although theses Watt also received sharp criticism from Patricia Crone, but both are at the same point the assumption that Mecca declared as an important trading town in the 7th century AD.
The Nurul Fikri Care House Amil Zakat Institution is a manifestation of the Institution-based Zakat Management Act established by the community as a way of incubating poverty and providing muzakki in distributing zakat. Rumah Peduli Nurul Fikri is the original form of an organization with a modern concept by prioritizing the basis of accountability and transparency in collecting, collecting, and distributing zakat, which is in Law number 23 article 17 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management to realize the first goal of zakat as a way of welfare of Muslims. The accountability of the amil zakat institution, Rumah Peduli Nurul Fikri, is known for containing the law and also includes the principles of accountability for zakat management, namely based on Islamic law, trustworthiness, expediency, justice, legal certainty, integrity, and accountability. This is the satisfaction of legal compliance in Law Number 23 article 2 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management. The transparency of the amil zakat institution, Rumah Peduli Nurul Fikri, is respected in the management of zakat funds through transparency of information and administrative reporting to authorized bureaus that participate in zakat management. openness to the amil zakat institution, Rumah Peduli Nurul Fikri, which is revealed in the management of zakat through the implementation of activities and information that can be carried out in general.
This article reviews the reasons for the community and the practice of grants which are calculated as inheritance rights in Jiken Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo with the perspective of Talcott Parsons' Structural Functional theory.This study is important because there are many casuistic paradoxical phenomena regarding the distribution of inheritance by parents to their children before death which in the end becomes inheritance, occurs in the people of Jiken Village.This article uses a qualitative approach, the data is collected through interviews as the main instrument.The results of the study revealed that:1) The main reason for this phenomenon is the first concern of inheritance after death, there will be conflicts between heirs.Second, it is fairer if the heir himself distributes it.Third, the traditional factors that support this.2) this phenomenon is in accordance with the characteristics of the Structural Functional theory where the existence of the community agrees on the values and legal norms that apply even though they are not in accordance with the laws and regulations.However, the agreement (customary law) can bring balance, harmony, harmony and social stability that are integrated with each other.The community carried out a movement to free themselves from the distribution of inheritance that was usually used.Then the community will be in the next phase which brings the community to experience social change.
