The importance of understanding mindsets to direct behavior in internet-based entrepreneurship is the effort in bringing entrepreneurial learning processes close to changes in entrepreneurial behavior. This study aims to determine the grouping of students’ mind sets in two growth and fixed categories, knowing the description of mind set content and internet entrepreneurial behavior in students, knowing the differences in internet entrepreneurial behavior based on student mindsets, knowing the correlation between mind set and internet entrepreneurial behavior, then know the contribution of mindset to internet entrepreneurial behavior. This research method with a quantitative approach, using a likert scale questionnaire instrument, the sample is students registered at UPI YPTK Padang in 2018/2019 academic year totaling 148 people, sampling from the population is done by purposive sampling technique, data analysis with percentage techniques in describing data, independent test sample t test for different tests, pearson correlation product moment analysis for testing the relationship of variables and the square of r for testing the contribution. The results of the analysis state that 45% of students with a fixed mind set and 55% with a growth mind set, students with a growth mind set have better internet entrepreneurial behavior with an average of 86.82%. Hypothesis testing states that there are differences in student internet entrepreneurial behavior based on personal mindsets, there is a fairly strong correlation between mind set with internet entrepreneurial behavior, with a contribution of 20.4%. It is proven that students with growth mindsets have higher behavior in internet entrepreneurial activities, therefore to increase the ability and interest of students in entrepreneurship must start from the approach to the correct mindset about entrepreneurship.
This study addressed for measure total productivity and measuring productivity for every input with the use of the method of Marvin E. Mundel. Then give the proposal on how method enhancement productivity. The case study chosen involved CV. New Prima Bakery, one of the companies in bread production in the urban area of City of Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. These results prove the total productivity of CV. New Prima Bakery tends abnormal, with the highest total production in March of 3.28% and the lowest total productivity in May was -6,07%. For results measurement productivity on input, the value is on income employee highest productivity in December was by 15, 56%, and the lowest productivity in March was amounted to -3,78%. Energy’s highest productivity in April was 11.48%, and the lowest productivity in May amounted to -13,08%. Raw ingredients' highest productivity in April was 11.23%, and the lowest productivity in May amounted to - 7,28%. Depreciation cost’s highest productivity in August was 29.96%, and otherwise, the lowest productivity in May amounted to -79,46%. Transportation's highest productivity in December is by 15,56% as well as otherwise the lowest productivity in April amounted to - 3,78%. And for enhancement of productivity with method give a proposal on each input. The conclusion from the productivity measurement on CV New Prima Bakery tends to be not stable. Productivity on value energy, raw materials, and costs depreciation experience a very significant decrease so that the need enhancement productivity with giving suggestion on each input.
This research is motivated by the movement of the average stock return in manufacturing companies that are fluctuating or unstable. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of return on assets, current ratio, earnings per share on stock returns with stock trading volume as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This study is a quantitative study with a total population of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period with a total of 191 companies. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 56 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The research data is secondary data in the form of financial reports which are accessed through the official website of the IDX (www.idx.co.id). This study was analyzed through MRA (Moderated Analysis Regression) analysis using Eviews 9. The results of this study found that return on assets, current ratio, and earnings per share partially had a significant effect on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). period 2017-2021. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test show that stock trading volume (TVA) moderates the effect of the current ratio on stock returns, but stock trading volume (TVA) cannot moderate the effect of return on assets and earnings per share on stock returns in manufacturing companies. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2021.
