Assault and battery are the causes applied to somebody else without the intention of killing, but with some bodily and psychological results. in these cases, a doctor examines and treats the victim. Then he prepares a report which can be helpful for judicial authorities. He should know the mideco legal means of the concepts in the report. in this paper, at the assault and battery cases, the concepts and the questions aşked from the doctor were explained. 456. article of Turkish Criminal Law was examined according to forensic medicine.
