Zidane konstrukcije od kamena obilježavaju tradicionalno građevinarstvo Crne Gore. Danas, prema slobodnoj procjeni autora, u objektima sa zidanom konstrukcijom, zidanom od blok opeke ili rjeđe od betonskog bloka, stanuje skoro polovina stanovnika Crne Gore. Zidarija je jeftin građevinski materijal koji se tradicionalno koristi u stambenoj izgradnji i najvjerovatnije će još dugo imati primat u odnosu na druge građevinske materijale. Trenutno stanje zidanih konstrukcija u crnogorskom građevinarstvu nije ohrabrujuće. Vrlo često objekti se izvode sa elementima za zidanje neadekvatnih fizičkomehaničkih karakteristika, kontrola materijala vrši se vrlo rijetko, a nadzor nad građenjem zidanih objekata po pravilu izostaje. U razornom zemljotresu, koji je pogodio crnogorsko primorje 15.04.1979. godine, s magnitudom 7.0 jedinica Rihterove skale, značajna razaranja zabilježena su u starim gradskim jezgrima primorskih gradova, kao i u ruralnim naseljima. Usljed dejstva zemljotresa, oštećen je veliki broj spomenika kulture, kao i brojni individualni objekti. Mnogi javni i stambeni objekti izgrađeni od kamena ostali su neobnovljeni. Na osnovu iskustava stečenih nakon crnogorskog zemljotresa, ali i na osnovu podataka iznesenih u radovima objavljenim nakon zemljotresa koji su se dogodili u protekloj deceniji na teritoriji
The mansion of the Nobel family is one of the most featured world recognized monuments of the city of Saint-Petersburg. The article deals with a reconstruction option of the Nobel’s mansion space aimed at gaining extra area to be used for the purpose of solar power generation. Photovoltaic systems are suggested to be used as an alternative energy resource to ensure in-house demand for heating. Inputs of solar radiation on the surfaces oriented in different directions have been estimated herein. A computation method and estimations for energy production of PV-modules placed under conditions of partial shading cased by the building’s wings have been presented herein as well. An optimal inclination angle of the modules with respect to the horizon, which can ensure maximum energy gains under weather conditions of Saint-Petersburg, has amounted to 35°.
<p> This paper presents instrumentation of one pedestrian bridge in Podgorica that is equipped for monitoring of temperature changes and strains in order to better understand thermal effects on the bridges. All instruments are embedded in structure during the construction of the bridge. Data acquisition is started in October, year 2006. The experimental part of research is finished at the end of June 2007. Montenegro should be adopt Eurocodes as national standards in the future, and for their successful implementation will be necessary to define national parameters in National Annexe which will be according with our climate area or we will adopt the parameters that are already offered as a solution in the code EN 1991-1-5. The results of experimental studies will be used in defining the national parameters that should define the National Annex of code EN 1991-1-5 which is in preparation.</p>
Original scientific paper The usage of high-strength concrete has been increased significantly in recent decades. By increasing the compressive strength of concrete, stress-strain features of concrete are changed. In contemporary technical regulations specific provisions for high-strength concrete are proposed. EN 1992-1-1 comprises concretes to the class C90/105. According to EN 1992-1-1 reduction factor for value of concrete compressive strength for design αcc, depends on two parameters, none of which compressive strength of concrete. Test results have shown that calculation of bearing capacity of columns, with recommended αcc and curved-rectangular stress block is non-conservative for high-strength concrete. It was shown that coefficient αcc should be redefined by introducing of new parameter which will cover differences of less design strength for high strength concrete. In many countries value of 0,85 is used for αcc, as proposed in their National Documents. Correlation between calculated capacity of columns and experimental results was used for its redefining.
