The optimal capacity-load-ratio has great significance to the distribution network’s planning. It’s an important technical indicator of Transforming Capacity Adequacy. In this paper, optimal capacity-load-ratio of multi-voltage distribution network is researched. The cost of construction and operation of distribution network is set as the optimization objective and the reserve life of substation is considered as an optimization variable. The impacts of distributed load factor, the safety operation index, the average power factor of transformer and reserve coefficient of load development are all analyzed. In optimization objective, the construction costs, maintenance cost, energy consumption cost, resource consumption cost and residual value are considered respectively. Finally, a local distribution network in the area of East China is taken as the simulation example and the optimal capacity-load-ratio of this distribution network is calculated. The simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the model established in the paper for distribution network planning.
Object-oriented programming has advantages of reusability, more extensibility, and easier maintainability. While it needs hardware/software environment to support the OO behaviors. In the paper, three OO supporting mechanisms are discussed, the advantages and disadvantages are compared.
A phase compensation method based on signal transfer principle of electronic transformer is presented. The causes of phase error in electronic transformer are analyzed. The phase-delay caused by Rogowski coil and time-delay in signal transferring process from high voltage side to merging unit are analyzed. A phase compensation method is proposed based on high sampling rate and linear interpolation. The simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed compensation method for electronic transformers.
The characteristics of climate warming in China are investigated by using observed daily surface temperatures at 541 gauge stations from 1960 to 2010 and monthly pressure and air temperature from NCEP/NCAR reanalysis dataset. The results show that the temperature exhibits an ascending trend regardless of regions, underlying surface situations, seasons and atmosphere layers for the past 50 years, but warming rate is higher in north, west, urban district, winter and low atmosphere layer than that in south, east, suburb, summer and mid atmosphere layers, respectively. Afterwards analyzed is the interrelation of temperature variation, Siberian high and land use. Finally the connection between environmental destruction and climate warming is discussed based on the following process, viz., climate warming leads to frequent occurrence of extreme weather and climate events as droughts and floods, which can cause geological disasters and destroy the environment.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
