Nonrandom chromosomal abnormalities are found in most human malignancies, particularly leukemias and lymphomas. A characteristic t(1; 19) (q23; p13.3) chromosomal translocation is detected in 5% of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cases. This translocation results in the formation of a fusion gene, which leads to the expression of an oncogenic E2A/pbx1 protein. Breakpoints in the E2A gene almost invariably occur within a single intron, and the identical portion of PBX1 is joined consistently to exon 13 of E2A in fusion mRNA. In this article, we report the development of monoclonal antibodies against E2A/pbx1 fusion protein using a specific peptide that corresponds to the junction region of the protein. The obtained antibodies recognize specifically the chimeric E2A/pbx1 fusion protein and lack cross-reactivities with E2A and pbx1. Immunohistochemical staining and flow cytometric studies show that these antibodies can distinguish t(1; 19)-positive from t(1; 19)-negative leukemic cells. These results indicate that the obtained E2A/pbx1-specific monoclonal antibodies might prove to be valuable diagnostic reagents and important tools for elucidating the mechanisms involved in oncogenesis and progression of t(1; 19)-positive childhood ALL.
A tire pressure monitoringsystem TPMS was designed, while realized the real-time monitoring vehicle tirepressure, temperature, battery voltage and other functions. TPMS transmittingmodule uses the infineon triad integrated module SP370 design, to achievedetection information, and transmitting to the receiving module by the wirelesstransmission. The receiving module is to accept data and process ofabnormal situation, and through the process of software to design the tyre gasleak detecting method.
With the rapid development of automotive ECUs(Electronic Control Unit), the fault diagnosis becomes increasingly complicated. And the link between fault and symptom becomes less obvious. In order to improve the maintenance quality and efficiency, the paper proposes a fault diagnosis approach based on data mining technologies. By making full use of data stream, we firstly extract fault symptom vectors by processing data stream, and then establish a diagnosis decision tree through the ID3 decision tree algorithm, and finally store the link rules between faults and the related symptoms into historical fault database as a foundation for the fault diagnosis. The database provides the basis of trend judgments for a future fault. To verify this approach, an example of diagnosing faults of entertainment ECU is showed. The test result testifies the reliability and validity of this diagnostic method and reduces the cost of ECU diagnosis.
In the paper, an in-car audio entertainment node is designed, which is a kind of pre-installed automobile electronic assemblies. In order to reduce auto wiring harness and solve the communication problem between nodes, the hardware and software of the electrical control system were designed by using body CAN bus technology. The product has been successfully applied in a model which is made in joint ventures with foreign auto makers. The practical operation shows that functions are practical and reliable. It reaches completely design requirements, with good user experience and value.
Chinese carmaker is short of the ability of designing CAN\LIN network, a method of designing the vehicle body CAN-BUS and LIN-BUS network is introduced based on the AUTOSAR standard. A typical topology is designed and three transmitting type of CAN message is defined. A design method of Network Management PDU Structure is given. At the end, the method is verified by CANoe software and physical simulation.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
