This paper presents a flaw inspection method based on eddy current effect, by comparison of environment analysis and inspection methods for the high-speed train bogie surface flaw. It designed a testing physical prototype and a reasonable control system which was based on eddy current inspection bogie surface flaw, what’s more, it made use of restraining lift-off effect in testing two times, and the result of experiment indicated that method which tested bogie surface flaw was feasible and effective by digital monitor. The method will offer a guarantee for moving of the high-speed train safely and comfortably, and establish a little base to inspect interior flaw and research farther.
Suffering from the effect of the high ground pressure, water spraying from roof surrounding rock or geological tactics such as faults or collapse columns, roadways used to have large deformation, even lead to caving accidents. Based on the supporting research of the above complex conditions, the supporting background of a typical roadway No.202 affected by high stress, water spraying and large faults is analyzed and the corresponding technology is put forward. In addition, the support experimental test is conducted on the roadway, and the observation results show that the convergence of both sides is controlled well, and abscission layer is little.
With the development of hybrid electric vehicles, the demand for test benches is becoming more and more vigorous. Based on the traditional engine test bench, this paper builds a multifunctional hybrid powertrain test bench by matching appropriate equipment such as battery simulators, power analyzers, fuel consumption meters, and air flow meters. The test bench has the characteristics of modularization, flexibility, and multi-function. It can be used for testing single engine, single generator and hybrid power system. Finally, the range extender produced by a domestic manufacturer was used as the test object, and the endurance test was carried out on the modified test bench. The test further verified the reliability and feasibility of the multifunctional hybrid powertrain test bench.
