By utilizing panel data of provinces in China from 2012 to 2018, this paper measured innovation efficiency of each regional innovation system and the triple helix relationship of the university‐industry‐government system, then, empirically investigated the influence of the triple helix relationship on regional innovation efficiency. It has been found that: (1) the regional innovation efficiency in China increases slightly year by year, the regional differences are obvious, and university–industry bilateral cooperation is the tightest; (2) cooperation between universities and industries is most beneficial to improve regional innovation efficiency, cooperation between universities and governments significantly promotes scale efficiency in the long run, cooperation between industries and governments significantly promotes regional innovation comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency, meanwhile inhibits scale efficiency, coordinated relation among universities, industries, and governments is beneficial to improve regional innovation comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency. The research results provide useful theoretical support and policy enlightenment for improving regional innovation efficiency.
Abstract. In agricultural low-carbon transformation, China are encountering technique and regime lock-in constraints, the consequent triggered path-dependence and lock-in effects have inhibited technological innovation and institutional transformation in agriculture, thus seriously hindered transformation of modern agriculture. This thesis introduced the TIC structure model of "Technique-Regime Complex" into China's agricultural development, made the deep analysis of intrinsic, extrinsic and coupling motivation mechanisms from perspectives of technical and institutional economics, and designed the agricultural low-carbon transforming path based on evolutionary economics point. Based on practical investigation and research, we proposed that the implementation of induced agricultural technique vicissitude and mandatory agricultural regime vicissitude, were the pivotal paths to resolve agricultural technique and regime lock-in constraints. Our research has provided the scientific and applicable governing recommendations for agricultural low-carbon transformation.
This research focuses on the design of environmentally-friendly technologies with incentives as the main research object. Through systematic review and analysis of the current status and decision characteristics of environmentally-friendly technology adoption, it collects data and determines the user's motivation and behavior measurement index system, so as to build environmentally-friendly technology adoption motivations and behaviors. Measure the model, and then use the structural equation fitting method to evaluate the user's motivation and behavior model. Based on this, set the environmental protection technology to use the incentive model, and use the experimental economics paradigm to conduct scientific tests to determine the effective incentives for environmental protection technology. Methods to provide scientific and applicable reference and reference for the formulation of incentive measures for enterprises and related institutions.
This thesis aimed to improve the ability of appliedtype business talents through the implementation of bilingual teaching under the background of education internationalization. By using field research and comparative analysis me thods, it discovered that SPI ability chain bilingual educating system with the core of "study-practice-innovation" is effective to promote bilingual teaching effects. Based on long-term bilingual teaching theory research and teaching practice of front-line teachers, it put forward bilingual teaching reform suggestions.
