The current forest survey sampling methods are based on classical statistics, can not solve the problems of close spatial autocorrelation and poor adaptability. General randomized tessellation stratified (GRTS), a commonly used algorithm to implement spatial balanced sampling (SBS) has gained popularity since 1997. In this paper, Python was used to make ArcGIS Tools for GRTS, followed by a case study of forest biodiversity computer simulation sampling in Hunan Province. To compare the performance of SBS with simple random sampling, systematic sampling, four index were calculated from three aspects of spatial autocorrelation, sampling efficiency, sampling precision. Research results show that, compared with simple random sampling and systematic sampling, SBS has obviously advantages in reducing spatial autocorrelation and improving sampling efficiency and precision.
Air pollution has caused adverse effects on the climate, the ecological environment and human health, and it has become a major challenge facing the world today. The Yangtze River Delta (YRD) is the region with the most developed economy and the most concentrated population in China. Identifying and quantifying the spatiotemporal characteristics and impact mechanism of air quality in this region would help in formulating effective mitigation policies. Using annual data on the air quality index (AQI) of 39 cities in the YRD from 2015 to 2018, the spatiotemporal regularity of the AQI is meticulously uncovered. Furthermore, a geographically weighted regression (GWR) model is used to qualify the geographical heterogeneity of the effect of different socioeconomic variables on the AQI level. The empirical results show that (1) the urban agglomeration in the YRD presents an air pollution pattern of being low in the northwest and high in the southeast. The spatial correlation of the distribution of the AQI level is verified. The spatiotemporal regularity of the “high clustering club” and the “low clustering club” is obvious. (2) Different socioeconomic factors show obvious geographically heterogeneous effects on the AQI level. Among them, the impact intensity of transportation infrastructure is the largest, and the impact intensity of the openness level is the smallest. (3) The upgrading of the industrial structure improves the air quality status in the northwest more than it does in the southeast. The impact of transportation infrastructure on the air pollution of cities in Zhejiang Province is significantly higher than the impact on the air pollution of other cities. The air quality improvement brought by technological innovation decreases from north to south. With the expansion of urban size, there is a law according to which air quality first deteriorates and then improves. Finally, the government should promote the upgrading of key industries, reasonably control the scale of new construction land, and increase the cultivation of local green innovative enterprises.
Given the broad monitoring range and long monitoring time of anchor bolt loosening of draught fan, and harsh site environment in offshore wind power projects, a remote temperature and pressure monitoring system was designed in this study to realize the real-time wide-range monitoring of anchor bolt loosening of draught fans. The strain pressure transducer and platinum thermistor were used at the test end to acquire the pressure and temperature data, respectively. stm32f103 was used as the master controller in the acquisition system, hierarchical networking was conducted via Modbus protocol, and the long-distance transmission was realized by a fiber optical transceiver. LabVIEW was used by the upper computer to establish the client side to implement the data acquisition, storage and real-time monitoring.
Artillery training with real equipment costs a lot and inefficient. Designed this type of artillery simulation training system can accomplish the training task in low cost. The master control computer software is the communication core of the whole system, applying the object-oriented and modular design ideas to interface designing, the use of VC++2005 programming and multithread programming, we establish a platform for data conversion and real-time communication between the network, the serial port and the data acquisition card. Moreover, simulate data of artillery equipment with designing the data simulation interface pack. By testing, the master control computer with the other sub-systems working as a network can accomplish the tasks of the data communications and data simulation in a satisfactory way. The practical application shows that the use of expanding and improving the module interface, the software can upgrade rapidly and conveniently.
