In the monograph, the authors consider the specifics of project activities and project training in the training area 39.03.03 "Organization of work with youth". The paradigm of project training is given, the scientific foundations of design as a type of activity in the work of a specialist are shown. The content of project activities in organizations of various profiles and levels is given. Project training is shown as a necessary condition for effective project activity of subjects of youth policy, the models of project training at the university, the features of project training of specialists in the youth sphere are analyzed.
