The Coronavirus feeds easily on the effects of globalization. Thus, beyond the social dimension of this pandemic, the problem of Covid-19 poses another acute psychosocial concern. Spread of this virus has led us to several questions related to socioeconomic phenomena, from which stems two major problematics of this article and which are as follows:-Has the period of confinement changed the behavior of Moroccan consumers?-What is the effect of social anxiety and modification of economic situation caused by covid-19 on the change in consumer behavior in Morocco? In order to deal with this subject, we adopted a quantitative study by administering an online questionnaire that was shared and disseminated on social networks. The results of our study showed firstly that there has been a remarkable change in the habits of Moroccan citizens, due to the period of confinement, marked mainly by the orientation towards e-commerce, which performed during this period of health crisis. Secondly, we were able to conclude that the increase in the level of anxiety had a positive impact on the change in the behavior of consumers, who turned much more towards e-commerce.
The objective of this article is to make an inventory of the means of financing of Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors by questioning the particular role of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approaches of Moroccan banks in the financing of this sector. To provide answers to these questions, we have listed, by using a qualitative analysis, mainly documentary components of the CSR approach of seven Moroccan banks, based on data available in their latest CSR reports and information made public on their institutional websites. The main contribution of this article is to offer a first support of reflection on the willingness of the banking sector to support SSE through the CSR approach of its actors.
In recent years, we have witnessed the establishment of a professionalization process in Morocco. Thus, the multiple problems of the Federations push the managers to raise questions relating to management. However, the interest of Moroccan researchers in management sciences has not been focused on this type of organization. Having said that, performance management is a powerful lever for companies’ success. It is based on the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system via measurement indicators. This makes it possible to evaluate the activity and trigger corrective measures in the event of failure of the strategies laid down, ineffectiveness and non-achievement of goals. Nevertheless, measuring the organizational performance of Sports Federations is complex because of their thorny and paradoxical nature. Based on this observation, we consider it useful to go through an intermediate analysis which will subsequently simplify the establishment of a performance measurement system by these organizations. Thus, we adopt a classification study. The latter allows us a simpler presentation of the profiles of the organizations studied, by bringing together, on the one hand, those seeking to achieve financial, sporting or societal goals. And on the other hand, those who have the necessary resources allow it to achieve these objectives, which guides us to adopt this study of hierarchical classification through the use of Ward’s method. The spread of coronavirus has an impact on citizens of the world, on both mental and financial sides. Indeed, citizens of the world are confined for weeks, this situation causes the increase in the state of anxiety and stress. This health crisis caused job losses, increased unemployment and therefore the appearance of financial and economic difficulties. In this perspective, we decided to conduct this study, the aim of which is to present the factors that contribute to increase in the level of anxiety and how it can be impacted by financial and economic level of Moroccan citizens. In this sense, we examined the effect of covid-19 on financial situation and level of distress of Moroccan citizens during the crisis period. We designed a survey to study firstly the determinants of social anxiety: personality, religious beliefs and level of exposure concerning COVID-19, and secondly, the impact of financial and economic situation of individuals during this period on their psychological state.
