This research is a case study of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in Palembang Polytechnic of Tourism website. The main objective of this research is to establish a plan for SEO in Palembang Polytechnic of Tourism (http://poltekpar-palembang.ac.id/) and to improve online visibility and ranking position in search engines (Google). It aims to bring in more international traffic and students to visit the website. SEO is a digital marketing technique to increase web accessibility. In the globalization world, people use search engines, such as Google, to know or find out more about various topics quickly and visually. Through a bibliographic review and qualitative analysis, the research focuses on the understanding of what SEO is and its implementation for the Palembang Polytechnic of Tourism website. The results show that the most important thing in making SEO plans is to increase visibility and branding on search engines (Google). SEO is done by developing website content and setting keywords as backlinks.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kulaitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di 71st Omakase Restoran. Faktor kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk merupakan faktor yang terpenting yang selalu diupayakan pihak Manajemen dalam mempertahankan para pelanggan agar menjadi puas dan loyal. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melihat seluruh populasi yang hampir 4200 pengunjung dan sample dilakukan pada 100 tamu pada periode akhir 2018. Dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert 1-5. Analisis data diawali dengan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah corrected item total correlation yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa hasil uji koefisien determinasi, hasil yang sudah didapat yaitu 51,5% yang berarti variabel kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk memperngaruhi variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 51,5% dan sisanya 48,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Tourism development in the West Bandung area is currently a serious concern for the local government, one of which is by developing tourist villages. Mukapayung Village, located in Cililin District, is one of the villages designated by the local government as a tourist village. This village has natural beauty with a stretch of rocks that are in harmony with the flow of the river and towering cliffs. This study tries to explore more deeply the potential that Mukapayung village has to be developed into a sportss tourism-based tourism village in West Bandung Regency. The analysis of tourism potential is carried out using a pentahelix approach in order to obtain a picture of the potential of destinations that specifically examines from the aspects of society, government, the role of the media, business actors, and academics so as to support sustainable tourism. This study uses an exploratory qualitative approach. The results of the study obtained an overview that Mukapayung has the potential to be developed as a sports tourism destination by organizing attractions such as: tracking, cycling, climbing, and other sports attractions. A number of tourism components that still need to be developed or improved to support the acceleration of Mukapayung include destination facilities, accommodation, and amenities. As for the management and development of destinations, Mukapayung is currently managed independently by the community through village organizations (Bumdes), without involving various elements such as the tourism office, business actors, academics, and the role of mass media as well as the community and lovers of sportss tourism. The development of the concept of Sports Tourism in Palembang in South Sumatra has been a government program; in this case, the Ministry of Tourism, Republic of Indonesia. The concept was developed for seeing the potential that exists among Jakabaring Sport City which is an integrated Smart Sports Eco Green Complex ". Not only the development of the concept, but the presence of community empowerment in the development of this concept includes three aspects, namely enabling, empowering and protecting. Meanwhile, Sports Tourism drives the economy inclusive because it is associated with some of the benefits that can be perceived by the public either directly or indirectly. Such benefits include transform and boost economic growth, income generation, and poverty reduction, as well as expanding access and opportunity. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach that is to carry out observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the development of Sport Tourism has a positive impact on the empowerment of local communities.Keywords: Community Empowerment, Sport Tourism, Inclusive Economy, South Sumatera
