In education system, Republic of Kazakhstan there is a dynamic professional development of teacher. Which is one of leading subjects issue of education quality at school. As Minister of Education pointed, for independence years of our country in education system were carried out a lot of reforms, a number of essential results were reached. Hovewer, we came to understand and matured enough to fundamentally solve main objective -an issue of teacher qualification. This is a key element of new education quality.
The article deals with the features of personal development of students at student age. the definition and the essence of the methodological framework and theory, indicators and criteria to personal development in psychological Sciences are defined and described. The basic conditions of psychological development of students-the essence and content, structure and nature of personal activity, psychological patterns and mechanisms are analyzed. The article deals with the theoretical foundations of personality, essence, and influence on the development of personality. The analysis of the literature of teachers-psychologists is carried out. In connection with the age characteristics of the students, areas of personal, cognitive, affective development were considered. Knowledge about the definition, structure and specificity of educational and professional activities, the main condition of which is an integrated system, was also described. In this article, personal training of students is formulated as the basis for the implementation, improvement of educational and professional activities, mental and personal development.
