Gmo-С86) в выборках минтая из Охотского моря. Показано, что наиболее дифференцирующими для охотоморского минтая являются локусы Gmo-C86 и Gma106. Выявлен высокий уровень генетической изменчивости особей в пределах исследованных выборок. Кластеризация выборок носит случайный характер. Корреляции между количественными оценками генетических различий выборок F st и географическими расстояниями между местами взятия проб не обнаружено. По результатам проведенного исследования не подтвердилась гипотеза о том, что нерестовым районам соответствуют отдельные популяции.

В работе показана роль минтая в мировом и отечественном рыболовстве. Рассмотрена эволюция российского законодательства в области регулирования промысла этого вида в прикамчатских водах. Охарактеризован промысел минтая в прикамчатских водах по единицам запаса (североохотоморская, восточнокамчатская, западноберинговоморская популяции), в т. ч. история развития промысла, динамика ОДУ и вылова, меры регулирования, межгодовая динамика вылова по орудиям лова, доля минтая в уловах разными орудиями лова, сезонная динамика вылова минтая на основных видах промысла, межгодовая динамика количества усилий и уловов на единицу усилия для основных типов судов и орудий лова. Для исследования взят период с 2003 по 2015 гг.

Catch of walleye pollock by Russia is the highest in the northern Okhotsk Sea where on average 0.94 million metric tons were caught annually in the period between 1962 and 2017, or around 24 % of the total yield of Russian fishery. The total stock and spawning stock of pollock grow there since 2002, though the catch per unit effort (CPUE) has significantly decreased in the beginning of 2018 despite expected high levels of both total and spawning stocks. The sea surface temperature, ice cover and storms frequency were examined as possible reasons of low fishing efficiency in 2018. For this purpose, the generalized linear models (GLM) and generalized additive models (GAM) of catch dynamics are compared. GAM with addition of temperature and storms factors has the lowest Schwarz’s Bayesian criterion and the highest explained deviance (61.6 %). Efficiency of fishing gears has nonlinear relationship with the towing time. CPUE has hypersensitivity to the stock biomass presented as the power dependence (γ = 0.94, r = 0.923). Standardized CPUE is recommended for using in the final GAM for the pollock stock assessment in the northern Okhotsk Sea, hypersensitivity of CPUE should be estimated and corrected if necessary.

The article provides data on the catch of the Northern Okhotsk, Eastern Kamchatka and Western Bering Sea walleye pollock stocks, fishery structure by the fishing gears in 2016–2019, size and age composition of the fish in the commercial trawl and Danish seine catches in 2010–2019. Data on the generation abundance and stock condition indices used in the stock assessment models are also demonstrated. Interannual dynamics of the total and spawning stock biomass, determinants of the dynamics and prospects of fishing are analyzed.
