To ensure the rational use of land resources and manage them in the territory of Ukraine, it was introduced the process of decentralization of power. The article considers the main problems of newly created united territorial communities in the field of land management. In particular, during the study of domestic and foreign experience, as well as the detailed study of Skorokhodivska united territorial community of Chutiv district of Poltava region, the following problems were identified: uncertainty of the boundaries of united territorial communities territories; incomplete use of land outside settlements; lack of revenues to the local budget from the land payments; inability to plan activities due to lack of information on land resources; land pollution; refusal to meet the needs of citizens in land plots; lack of proposals to attract investors and business in united territorial communities; poor state of melioration systems maintenance and illegal use of abandoned forests. The main causes of these problems are analyzed in the article and the ways of their solution are suggested.
The article describes the influence of overall dimensions, namely the ratio of lifting height to the span of the triangular reinforced concrete arch of the coating, to the change in internal forces in its cross sections. The change of axial force in steel rods and reinforced concrete half-panels and the change of bending moment in reinforced concrete half-panels depending on the angle of inclination of roof are determined. According to the obtained values of the effort, the required diameters of the working reinforcement and its cost are determined.
This article falls within vital question in quickly builds construction – theoretical method for calculating the slabs and columns of such buildings. Calculation research of buildings with reinforced concrete frame slabs is described in the article. The features of work the collapsible flat plate ceiling in composition of reinforced concrete framework of building are analyzed. Problems in the design of framework building are considered in order to increase its reliability. The suggestions for directions of perfection the calculation of flat plate frame construction elements are proposed in the article. The novelty of this work is to get new theoretical data about bearing capacity and deformability of structural system for the affordable housing construction from reinforced concrete.
Generalization of the revealed damages of load-bearing and filler structures of a three-storey public building located near the bed of a stream dammed up due to the erection of a complex of engineering structures of the city's water treatment system. Development of recommendations on minimizing the impact of the identified damage on the further accident-free operation of the building. Methodology. To achieve this goal, the carried out work consisted of three parts: the execution of a package of measurement drawings and drawing up a building's passport; fixation of the revealed defects and damages of load-bearing and filler structures; development of conclusions and recommendations on strengthening and subsequent accident-free operation of building structures of the surveyed object. Findings. Based on the examination of the public building located next to the dammed bed of the stream, the causes of the formation have been identified, and typical damage to the building structures, which should be given priority attention in the conduct of planned inspections and repairs of similar buildings, has been grouped. Originality. It is established that an increase in the level of groundwater as a result of damming the stream channel, causes the formation of significant damage to the load-bearing and filler structures of nearby buildings, which become unsuitable for normal operation. One of the main of such damages is the uneven settling of the base of the building, which entails a violation of the integrity of the spatial walled structural system of buildings due to the formation of through cracks in the walls. Practical value. The results of the conducted studies-identifying the causes of damage to building structures-must be taken into account when changing the hydrography of adjacent territories to the existing building. In case of revealing similar damage to building structures, it is advisable to use the recommendations given in this paper to minimize their impact on the overall accident-free operation of the building.
