In the monograph theoretical conceptualizations of the methodology of elaboration and the study of fundamental pedagogical categories are presented; methodological strategies of the historical-pedagogical process description are defined; contemporary condition and the process of searching of methodological orienting points of didactic research are examined; the methodology of education quality management is established and the ways of pedagogical knowledge implementation into the practice of future teachers’ education and upbringing, the perspectives of pedagogical methodology development are defined. The book can be useful for the researchers, dealing with the pedagogical sciences, for everybody who is interested in the studying of pedagogical science, for teachers, bachelor’s and master’s degree students, candidates for a doctor’s degree of pedagogical education institutions.

The article analyzes the main directions of the organization of technical service in the agricultural sector. It is noted, that Tatarstan is characterized by an increased role of large enterprises in production, it is necessary to pay special attention to the organization of maintenance of medium and small agricultural enterprises. In addition, as a consequence of increasing the service life of equipment to the cancellation of a growing there is a necessary for repair and maintenance work. Farm productivity is low, in particular due to their poor technical equipment. The structure of repair and service base was changed, the value of non impersonal repair is increasing.

Введение. На современном этапе развития сельскохозяйственного производства продук-ции животноводства широкое распростране-ние получил напорный способ транспортиро-вания кормовых масс неньютоновских жидко-стей по трубам [1,2,3,4].Исследовательские работы по изучению таких систем показал, что такой способ транс-портирования наиболее экономичен; отлича-ется высокой надежностью конструктивных элементов, дает возможность полностью авто-матизировать процесс транспортирования [5,6].При транспортировании простую жид-кость, которая обычно относится к неньюто-новским, принято рассматривать как нормаль-ную, а жидкости с характеристиками с откло-няющими от обычных как аномальными -неньютоновскими. Однако эти, так называе-мые, аномальные или неньютоновские жидко-сти, часто встречаются в природе. Organization of production of the maintenance and repair of machines is the most important subsystem of the transport system, which largely determines the efficiency of road transport usage. The service life of a vehicle is determined by the quality of ego maintenance and conditions, ensuring to realize the functionality, i.e. maintaining working capacity and recovery of technical conditions, safety and elimination of harmful consequences of vehicle operation. The growth rate of motor pool is ahead of the development of maintenance and repair system.

The paper analyzes the main activities of consumer cooperatives in the provision of services for the maintenance and repair of road transport. It is noted, that the farm productivity is low, in particular, because of their weak technical equipment. Improvement of social infrastructure in order to improve the quality of life of the rural population will solve the problem of basic needs, reduce the work load of a private farm and help make better use of free time; taking into account the dynamic behavior of different age groups, different motivated to live and work in rural areas.
