On modern cars it is advisable to establish a system of identification, together with a system for tracking biological activity of the driver that enable rapid condition monitoring of the driver. The use of the tacho-graph control, systems of identification and control of driver fatigue allows the possibility of complete and objective tool control of the driver, and the refinement of the work and rest of each crew member as a result it allow improving road safety and security of cargo.

On the basis of results related to basic researches executed at the Institute of the Contents and Methods of Teaching (RAE) in paper from a position of system and activity approach the conceptual provisions of general education schools pupils’ motivation on modern innovative activity by means of innovative projects implementation as an obligatory task in the content of learning according to the new Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary (Full) General Education have been revealed.

Salivary carcinomas comprise 2–3 % of malignant tumors of the head and neck. The basic method of morphological study in early diagnostics is aspiration puncture with a fine needle (FNAB). Complex histologic structure and great diversity of morphological items complicate cytologic diagnostics of salivary tumors considerably. Immunocytochemical examination must be used to reduce the errors, it enables to reveal neoplastic cells at early stages of malignization. High proliferative activity of tumor cells is one of their biological peculiarities. Accuracy in differential diagnostics between benign and malignant tumors is improved through determination of mitotic index combined with a fine needle aspiration puncture.

The analysis of the using electric buses feasibility as a promising urban transport can significantly improve the environmental situation in the settlements. However, environmental and socio-economic aspects of the widespread use of electric buses require further consideration.

The article discusses the features of the system approach, as directions of innovative activity in the sphere of organization of transport services for industrial enterprises. The necessity of its application in the furni-ture industry, in which the objective function of the transport service is performing work for the delivery of goods in accordance with the needs of these enterprises and high quality service to the service quality indicators include the timely implementation of transportation, the safety of goods (quantity and consum-er properties), the minimum transport costs.
