Purpose: to determine the main directions of training of teachers of physical culture in the People's Republic of China according to the data of modern literature. Material and methods. The analysis of literature sources was carried out by working with scientific works, which are presented in the databases "Web of Science", "Scopus", "Pub Med" and others. The search for literary sources was carried out by the keywords: "physical education teacher training", "physical education", "sports", "coach training". A total of 10157 works were found based on key words, of which 33 works were selected for literary review. The selection was carried out as follows: first, the topic of the article was analyzed, then, if the topic corresponded to the direction of our study, the annotation was analyzed. If the annotation corresponded to the direction of our research, the text of the article was analyzed. Also in the analysis of literature sources, preference was given to sources presented in the quartiles "Web of Science" and "Scopus" 1-3 level. In addition, articles on the training of physical education and sports professionals in China were analyzed separately. Of the 33 works presented in the literature review, 15 sources - research, 10 - review, 8 - randomized trials. Results. In the People's Republic of China, the problem of individual approach is especially relevant in connection with national characteristics, traditions, which provide for the predominance of collective action in all types of work. In addition to basic sports, the training of future physical education teachers in the People's Republic of China should include in-depth study of the sport in which it could improve and be a high-level specialist. Conclusions. Training of physical education teachers in the People's Republic of China should be based on modern concepts of individualization, which apply to all stages of training: from choosing a sport in which the student would like to improve and receive a specialty of physical education teacher with professional knowledge of a particular sport. physical education teachers in the study of the chosen sport.
The future professional activity of students of the Faculty of Arts is characterized by an insufficient level of motor activity of a dynamic nature, combined with a large static load and highly coordinated finger work. Representatives of these specialties have their own psychological characteristics. The monograph reveals the features of the properties of the nervous system and the functional potential of the cardiovascular system of students — future teachers of fine arts and music, and based on the data obtained, recommendations for physical culture and sports have been developed. The Monograph found that future teachers of creative specialties have significantly the least mobility in combination with the highest stability of nervous processes in comparison with representatives of other pedagogical specialties. Significant differences were revealed between the indicators of orthostatic reactions of students of the Faculty of Arts and the faculty where future sports coaches are trained. Orthostatic regulation is much better in students of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports. It is necessary to correct the program of physical education of students of creative specialties to increase the interest of students and the correspondence of physical exercises to the characteristics of the nervous system of students of the Faculty of Arts. Future teachers of creative specialties can be recommended to engage in any kind of sport or physical activity, but the most suitable for them are exercises that require the development of endurance in combination with the inclusion of cognitive processes and concentration of attention: walks with observation of nature and the city, exercises to music, exercises with concentration on various natural images, etc.
<p><strong>Purpose: </strong>theoretical and experimental substantiation of the use of rational technique of technical and tactical training of tennis players of 10-12 years and determination of the influence of training and competitive loads on the body of athletes.</p><p><strong>Material and methods.</strong> 16 tennis players aged 10-12 years from the Polytechnic Sports Club of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" took part in the study, 8 athletes were included in the experimental group and 8 in the control group. The experiment was conducted for three months in the preparatory period at the stage of basic preparation of the second year of study. The experimental group trained in the advanced technique of tactical training on the block system, using heart rate monitors and video devices. At the beginning and at the end of the experiment, control competitions were conducted and heart rate was recorded at the beginning and end of each performed series of beats and each exercise using a Polar heart rate monitor.</p><p><strong>Results. </strong>The proposed program of technical and tactical training of tennis players on the block system had a positive impact in the training and competitive process on the functional state of athletes. The analysis of the pulsegram of the athletes of the experimental group confirmed the assumption that the phase of working out of the systems of the organism under the influence of physical activity (from 4-5 minutes to 3-4 minutes) was reduced and that the phase of rapid recovery of the heart rate after removal of the load (from 3-4 minutes to 2- 3 minutes). The data obtained indicate the feasibility of using this technique for the preparation, control and evaluation of the competitive activity of tennis players 10-12 years.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Conclusions. </strong>Positive influence of the application of the proposed method on the adaptive capacity of the athlete's body to the load has been determined. focus.</p>
Purpose of this work is to highlight the features of the author's systems of integral development of preschool children. Material and Methods. A system of lessons with newborns and infants with the help of dynamic exercises has been developed, as well as an author's system of lessons with children from 1 to 7 years old. The exercises are performed with verses about nature. Results. The use of dynamic gymnastics for newborns and infants "Miracle of Nature" helps to strengthen the musculoskeletal system and all body systems; development of strength, flexibility, agility, endurance, and later - speed; prevention or reduction of child injuries during the subsequent development of walking, running, jumping, etc.; increasing resistance to adverse environmental influences; formation of a base for the tolerance of intellectual workloads associated with studies; creating a solid foundation for subsequent practice of any sport. Conclusions. It is shown that performing exercises not counting, but under poetic images, which is most acceptable for children from 1 year old, promotes integral development, reduces the feeling of fatigue, saturates emotionally classes, making gymnastics very attractive for children and adults.
Background and purpose. Material and methods. Students of Pedagogical University took part in the study. The total number of students was 812. 24 of them were students of the Faculty of Arts. Future specialists in physical education and sports took part in the number of 25 people. 763 students were representatives of other faculties. Properties of the nervous system were determined using psychophysiological testing. During psychophysiological testing, the reaction time and the number of errors were determined for each test. The indicators of the orthostatic test were used as indicators of functional readiness. In the orthostatic test, the heart rate was measured in the lying position and in the standing position and the difference between these indicators. Statistical analysis involved comparing students of the Faculty of Arts with students of other faculties using parametric methods, since all samples corresponded to a normal distribution. Results. Future teachers of creative specialties have reliably the least mobility in combination with the highest stability of nervous processes in comparison with representatives of other pedagogical specialties. Reliable differences were found between the indicators of orthostatic reactions of students of the Faculty of Arts and the faculty where future sports coaches are trained. Orthostatic regulation is significantly better in students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. Conclusions. It is necessary to adjust the program of physical education of students of creative specialties to increase the interest of students and to match physical exercises to the features of the nervous system of students of the Faculty of Arts.
