Sistemnoe vospalenie lezhit v osnove patogeneza mnogih hronicheskih neinfekcionnyh zabolevanij, v tom chisle takih, kak saharnyj diabet 2-go tipa, ozhirenie, metabolicheskij sindrom (MS). Cel'yu raboty bylo ocenit' izmeneniya parametrov sistemnoj vospalitel'noj reakcii u krys v modeli diet-inducirovannogo MS. Issledovanie vypolneno na 33 krysah-samcah Wistar, raspredelennyh na kontrol'nuyu i eksperimental'nuyu gruppy. Krysy kontrol'noj gruppy (n = 15) nahodilis' na standartnoj diete. Krysy eksperimental'noj gruppy (n = 18) v techenie 12 nedel' nahodilis' na vysokozhirovoj i vysokouglevodnoj diete. Dlya ocenki intensivnosti vospalitel'nogo processa na fone metabolicheskih narushenij opredelyali obshchee kolichestvo i morfologicheskij sostav lejkocitov krovi, koncentraciyu obshchego belka, S-reaktivnogo belka, koncentraciyu citokinov IL6, IL10, TNFα, insulina i leptina. V obrazcah zhirovoj tkani ocenivali uroven' produkcii aktivnyh form kisloroda. V rezul'tate provedennogo eksperimenta u krys s MS byli zaregistrirovany obshchie priznaki vospaleniya: reaktivnyj lejkocitoz, giperproteinemiya, povyshenie koncentracii S-reaktivnogo belka v 2,6 raza (r = 0,001), IL10 — v 3,7 raza (r = 0,029), TNFα — v 4,2 raza (r = 0,035). Vyyavlennye izmeneniya proiskhodili na fone povysheniya metabolicheskoj aktivnosti visceral'noj zhirovoj tkani, o chem svidetel'stvovali giperleptinemiya i vysokaya intensivnost' processov svobodnoradikal'nogo okisleniya. Byli obnaruzheny polozhitel'nye korrelyacionnye vzaimosvyazi mezhdu urovnyami leptina i insulina v krovi (r = 0,701; r = 0,001), a takzhe mezhdu syvorotochnoj koncentraciej leptina i IL10 (r = 0,523; r = 0,012). Takim obrazom, vysokozhirovaya i vysokouglevodnaya dieta naryadu s metabolicheskimi narusheniyami pozvolyaet vosproizvesti rannie priznaki sistemnogo vospaleniya, harakternye dlya MS i ozhireniya.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
