Presented experimental investigations aimed at studying the immune component of the mucous membrane of the jejunum as the most active segment of the small, in which the processes wall, membrane and intracellular digestion occur with the greatest severity. These processes implement homeostasis at the level of the whole organism. All changes after the general γ -irradiation in small doses led to a decrease in the barrier-protective functions. In this paper the authors note the failure of the prolonged post-radiation monitoring period to restore structural component, although some of them returned to normal. The morphological and functional changes were characterized by a barrier imbalance of indicators of optical density of sialomucin gel and alkaline phosphatase, tuckaleechee population on the background of a strong correlation relations including interaction in mitotic cells and intraepithelial lymphocytes. Thus, it was observed interoperability and the fat cells showed radioprotective effect. Lymphoid tissue through the formation of lymphocytic infiltrate in the epithelium and M-cells, as well as lymphocytic-plazmocitomom in the subepithelial layer with lymphoid nodules testified to the disadvantage of homeostasis.
The study involved 38 children of sickly, acute respiratory infections with functional bowel disorders, also 35 children occasionally ill (the comparison group) and 20 sickly children (the control group) of the same age, the same epidemic season. All of the children were visited by organized groups. Clinical, immunological and microbiological features of the pre-school children were studied. The efficiency of the use of complex preparations Cycloferon tablets and probiotic drag Biovestin-lacto was evaluated. The disorders of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the microflora were found. The state of cellular and humoral immunity revealed pathology of all its units. The study of antibodies in saliva and coprofilia had deviation from the norm. The use of complex preparations had a favorable impact, namely: the number of violations significant degrees in cellular and humoral links of immunity in sickly children with intestinal dysbiosis decreased in 1,5-2 times; protective properties of local immunity of the mucous membranes increased; violated the large intestine microbiocenosis restored. The complex preparations has expressed prophylactic activity, which is manifested by the reduction in the incidence of acute respiratory infections in 2 times, complications 1.5 times, as well as the severity of the disease.
The problem of modification of the effects of ionizing radiation in morphological manifestations of authorities at different speeds update is relevant direction in recent years. The authors considered as modifiers - hypoxic gas mixture, normobaric oxygen and electromagnetic radiation. They are in certain conditions associated with ionizing radiation, as in the conditions of emergency situations, and in normal mode. The development of pathological process after exposure and outcome depend on the overall resistance and state systems of adaptation. Identify the most effective mechanisms of mobilization of protective forces and the restoration of the functional reserves of the organism as a whole, is a prospective task of modern radiobiology. Based on the study of literature data and the results of their research the authors concluded that the degree of modification was dependent on the sequence of application of modifiers and doses of ionizing radiation; the radioprotective effect was in direct correlation with tissue facilities body. The radioprotective effect was revealed by during previous combined and joint use of modified gas environment with high and low oxygen content and electromagnetic radiation. The authors believe that the use of these modifiers is promising in the field of safety.
In numerous researches there is the confirmation of multidirectional changes of the morphological and functional parameters of jejunum mucous membrane at influence of the electromagnetic fields, which manifest by reactive processes and adaptation reactions depending on parameters of influencing sources of radiation: the impulses frequency, intensity and the influence duration. Their combination reveals various consequences of irradiated biological object. The experiment was made on white non-pedigree mail rats, with initial age 4 month, after 10-month’s exposure of the electromagnetic factor. The density of the directed currents in body of the experimental animals has compounded 0,8, 2,7 kA/m2 50, 100, 500 impulses per one week (i/w), independently of their divisibility on days and duration 15-40 ns. The comprehensive analysis of correlation of epitelio-connective-tissue interactions of mucosa jejunum allows to establish the morphological and functional interrelations between them, as the unified system which taking part in regulation of a fibrohomeostasis and reactions of adaptation in the conditions of electromagnetic radiation. The results of the analysis lead to the conclusion that participation of fat cells in the modification of bioeffective and EMF in relation to the processes of renewal of the villi epithelium.
Sixty patients at the age of 43 to 79 years with anxiodepressive symptoms with comorbid cardiovascular disease have been examined after admission to psychotherapeutic department. Patients have been divided into two groups. The first group including 30patients were treated by the tricyclic antidepressant amitriptyline with the average daily dose of 34.4±12.9mg. The 30 patients from the second group were treated by antidepressants of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors group. The sociodemographic characteristics in both groups did not differ significantly; the sever-ity of cardiovascular disease, additional somatic and other diseases were certainty lower in the first group than in the second (p<0.05). Examination of the patients with the use of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HDRS and HARS) was carried out three times: at admission, in 1 week and in 4 weeks. At the time of admission, anxiety and depression in the first group were more expressed (p<0.05) than in the second due to frequent psychogeny. The treatment scheme included tranquilizers, neuroleptics, neurometabolic drugs, basic cardiotropic therapy and psychotherapy. After 4 weeks anxiodepressive symptoms were more than 50% reduced in both groups: 61% in the first group and 50.7% in the second group by the HDRC scale; 65.9% in the first group and 59.8% in the second group by the HARS scale. It has been shown that the small doses of antidepressant including amitriptyline involved in the complex treatment scheme were efficient and did not cause cardiotoxic effect
